Every time I order they mess up my order or for get something. You can clearly see I said no cheese and they put cheese. I’m also not going to drive back and have the rest of my food get cold. They need to pay more attention to what they are doing. They are literally getting paid to make sure it’s done right.

My doordash order was apparently picked up, but not delivered. So I had to go through a huge ordeal with doordash support and with the McDonald’s delivery app which is where i placed my order in the 1st place. All of that hassle just to request a refund! Which I’m still not sure I even got from McDonald’s because I was hung up on while explaining what had happened with my order. So I placed a new order and the food was cold! I didnt even want anything after feeling how cold everything was. Mind you this McDonald’s it’s only 5mins from where I live. One item’s bun was completely hard so I’m not sure how long it sat out for before pick up. Definitely will avoid this McDonald’s moving forward.

By far the worst service possible. Ordered pick up and decided not to check it because I wasn’t eating until I got home that was a mistake. How do you forget the person’s entire entree? Called the store for a refund of the entree and they couldn’t do it how is that possible. Manager has zero clue what was going on. Not professional by any means!

I am pregnant and picked up food when I got out of work tonight, only to find out that there is a fried bug in our French fries. And when we called to try to get a refund which I think is literally the bare minimum that can be done. We got hung up on 10 different times by one of the employees at 12:05am and now when we call back, they’re not picking up the phone. Absolutely disgusting food, everything was terrible.
