I don’t blame the employees, I blame management for having so minimal staff on the weekend to the point that they can’t even get a good product out due to there drive thru times. I ordered food for me and my family , the young lady was very nice but food came out cold and all in a rush due to not having enough people. This is all on managments hand sue your employees a favor and get them help if not your store will fail.

I can understand this is a fast food but please care about people this is the worse experience ever customer waiting no one have any orders ready customers order at the kiosk and leaving because how long the order are taking without getting any refunds because they don’t want to deal with any of this rude employees

if i could give a 0 star rating i would. worst taco bell experience ive had and thats saying a lot considering this is a taco bell. was ordering my food through the drive thru and immediately got cut off and told to wait (there was 1 person infront of me). after waiting for almost 5 minutes for them to take my order i finally make it to the window where i immediately get pulled forward to the front door to wait for my food for another 15 minutes. i ordered a crunch wrap and nacho fries. should NOT take me almost 20 minutes in the taco bell drive thru to get mediocre food for insane prices. also the employees were rude.

Just like most Taco bell’s (nowadays), extremely slow. They’ve got plenty of workers and they still have very slow turnaround time. Even mobile orders don’t get treated as mobile orders. I’m not sure what their chain of receiving orders are, but it’s definitely not working. I’m not looking to get my mobile order faster, but this is ridiculous…

We didn’t want to go to the drive-thru so we sat down inside of Taco Bell and ordered Taco Box a couple of Taco melts a few Taco Supremes A bunch of cinnamon twists and some drinks. The cashier was very friendly and very patient while I bumbled through the most comprehensive way of ordering that meal. The tacos were made quickly.
