The ladies on staff today were so sweet ! This was the best experience I had at Wendy’s in a while ! I came around 4:30 on 12/23/25. I hope that crew gets some recognition from higher ups ! I stopped here traveling for the holidays ! I am so impressed ! Happy holidays!!

Some of the employees at this location are extremely rude, even when you are as nice as can be to them. For instance, they lost my mobile order one time, then when I showed the receipt, accused it of being fake because the price didn’t match up. It didn’t match up because I used a Wendy’s mobile app reward. Usually don’t have a good experience here, it’s not just this one time.

I should have looked at the reviews before coming here. The guy that took my order was nice however he was handling cleaning spray and failed to wash his wands before serving me my order. Because he was kind I tried to look past it. I then received my small chili I had ordered from him and when I got back to the car to eat over half of it was just liquid. Literally 3 bites of beans and meat and that was it. I just wanted something that would fill me up after a days of work and I wasn’t even satisfied, you never know when somebody is spending their last penny, I wish they would be more mindful of that…I was not satisfied at all. Will not come back.

My large family is traveling through the area. The family split up to eat & stopped for Wendy’s & Hardee’s. They are side by side.
Of course the kids wanted Wendy’s & they are very picky eaters.
I specified my order & a part of it was incorrect. So I go back for corrections.
The staff was sweet when attempting to assist with the discrepancy, then the manager Who Took My Order seemed to be a bit frustrated that I returned with an issue.
She said a few things to the staff as if I was not present.
I did not respond just requested the corrections to be made.
I said all this to say.
The paying customers should not have to deal with any attitude or back and forth.
If it’s paid for and incorrect, just correct the order to maintain Great Customer Service.
I won’t be going back to this location, I ended up going over to Hardee’s to complete my order.
I did love the great customer service that the employees displayed to us.
Management should set a positive tone for the staff & patrons.

After paying you get nickel and dimed to pay extra for sauce. You get one with a meal and that’s in, one extra you have to spend money again. Good bussiness model.

They only got a star because the fries were hot. However, if I was working for the health department I would have shut them down TODAY. My bacon cheeseburger sandwich was ice cold and the cheese will reflect that in the pictures apparently they threw some shredded cheese on a cold sandwich and served it. Another example of the owners not staying on top of their business I would be ashamed to take someone’s hard earned money and serve them anything ♀️

Open until 1 a.m but yet their system is always “down” around midnight. When it isn’t, very rarely, order usually isn’t correct and horrible attitudes from most employees. Not many options after midnight When getting off work and need food or I probably wouldn’t even go.
9/8/23: ordered baked potato, cheeseburger kid’s meal and chili cheese fries but got fries, chicken nugget kid’s meal and cheese fries. Went back around and waited at the window to be told that they were out of baked potatoes and that’s why we got fries and at first were told couldn’t get a cheeseburger because they were closing early but then other woman said she would get the burger. Ended up with a refund for the potato.

Traveling to the beach today we stopped for a quick sandwich in whiteville nc and chose Wendy’s. We had our usual biggie bag which was delicious as always but what was unusual was the lady at the drive thru window. She was so kind and respectful. This experience today was pleasant since normally everywhere you go the drive thru attendants are snotty and arrogant. This lady appeared to be middle aged and really liked her job. She spoke to everyone that I could hear so respectful it was just nice to see someone that cared and wanted to make the customer feel appreciated. It was about two o’clock when we stopped. I should have asked her name but I didn’t. But I did acknowledge her effort and thanked her for her kindness. Maybe other businesses should hire more adults rather than uncaring high school kids who would rather be somewhere else.
