Only able to get fast food every once in a while, and as expected, crap service all around. Drive thru attendant night of 1/14 was extremely rude and just plain incompetent. I understand ordering issues so no drink carriers which was fun to juggle, but then to hand 3 boxes with the taco bell bag sitting on top? Really? Had to ask to put them in the bag like they should have and got an annoyed look and huff with a window slam pulling away. Like come on, kid. Then absolutely none of my order was right and wrong items in each box. Usually I open everything in parking lot after drive thru to make sure they’re all correct but with fussy kid in the back I just went home. I expect this from the high street location, not from Fairfield. Just I’ll just go somewhere else for my occasional fast food night. Taco Bell has never had the best service, but this location especially had seriously gone downhill the past few years. Definitely won’t be back.

The drive thru is fine. This is the first time I’ve ordered inside. They force you to use a kiosk to order. No one acknowledges you almost ignoring you. They only work on the drive thru orders, while I stand around. I’ve watched 16 cars go order and get food while I wait. I saw several people walk out in frustration. I would walk out but can’t figure out how to get a refund from the kiosk.

Absolutely horrible order accuracy. I’m on my 3rd credit now through the mobile app (NOT DoorDash) and it’s still not right. I’ve complained as many times as possible to upper management to no avail. I don’t know what more it takes. I work in the fast food industry myself and it’s not that hard, short handed or not. It’s just not acceptable at this point.

Thank you for doing me a favor, every time I come here I remember why I need to stay away from fast food. I don’t know why I expected this time to be different. The last three times we’ve come here not only do we not get everything I ordered and paid for, but it’s not even even close to the quality it should be!
How do you mess up a caramel apple empanada? How is it that I order a modified item and instead of “easy“ jalapeño sauce it’s extra jalapeño sauce.
I shouldn’t have to check my bags and make sure everything I ordered and paid for is in the bag.
Taco Bell owes me at least $30 collectively worth of missing items from over the years but who wants to go get a refund for something that’s less than five dollars in value? I’m already back home and comfortable. This is one more reason of why I hardly ever buy fast food!
There was no one in the dining room. No one in the drive-through. You would think that I would have gotten VIP service. The very least a completed order the way that I ordered it.
That’s too much to expect apparently.

12/04/21 update: Continues to consistently be awful in every aspect. I’ll be periodically updating with photos of comically underfilled, under-portioned items.

Old, but still accurate review:
I love Taco Bell, but this location is by far the worst experience I have had with the chain. Our order is wrong or missing items more often than not.

Most recently, I was given several items that should have been “supreme”, but they were not. Furthermore, the amount of filling in the tacos was incredibly disappointing and much less than advertised. I did not discover this until I got home as the obligatory item count check did not reveal the lacking and incorrect ingredients.

After driving 15 minutes back to Taco Bell, and waiting another 15 in the drive through, the manager disinterestedly informed me that I should not expect to receive the same product pictured and advertised on the menu in regards to the fullness of tacos and the like, as if defending false advertisement was just part and parcel of a Taco Bell manager’s job.

I unfortunately did not take a picture of the original items in the order, but I have included one of the remade tacos, as they were barely better. They were at least correctly supreme.

Fair warning to anyone choosing to visit this location, you will not get what the menu advertises to you, and you will be scoffed at by management if you attempt to bring it up for correction.

There’s a reason Taco Bell corporate doesn’t put their number on the receipts anymore and it’s horribly managed stores like this. Last week I went in on Monday for lunch. It was around 130pm. I ordered two seven layers with no dairy and a regular bean burrito with no cheese. While he was waiting for my order I heard someone on the line say “that order doesn’t have sour cream” and the person on the line shrugged and put it in the bag. Turns out it was my order. The funny part is that the sour cream wasn’t on the seven layers that typically come with it, that I would at least understand. No, this lady got creative and added it to the bean burrito, where that isn’t even an option unless you customize, so I have to assume they did it on purpose, because I can’t imagine a human adult making that mistake, being told by a coworker it’s wrong, and throwing it in the bag anyway. And speaking of bags, we pay tax to eat in, give us a tray. Do your job?

That’s not even the best part. Silly me, because I was with others that ended up wanting to go there, I went back the next day! I know, I must have a humiliation kink. I never complained about the mistake or lack of integrity that had occurred the day before, but luckily this Taco Bell always has a way to ruin your lunch…

So if you walk into this store they will not acknowledge you. You have to use the kiosk. It’s corporates move and a changing world, look I get it. Not the workers fault. However, when the kiosks don’t work? You might have to work, which is foreign to most of the people at this store.
On this day, Tuesday the 30th of September, the kiosks were in fact not working. It told me my payment didn’t go through and to see a cashier to pay. In doing that, two other customers had issues and had to get help. When the tech doesn’t work, take the order… the manager, if you can call it that, was hateful and rude. They didn’t say the words I’m sorry once to anyone that had an issue, which was every single customer in the lobby for the half hour I was there. When your leadership fails at customer service 101, it’s no wonder the burrito artists back there can’t figure out how to put beans in a tortilla.
After my mediocre lunch with a crappy experience due to hateful management and mediocre customer service, I realized that my initial payment HAD gone through, and I was charged twice for the privilege of eating stale rice and getting barked at by a bad manager. Not great.

After the payment was taken twice I called the store several times. No one answers the phone. Not once in a week did a human being answer the phone at a restaurant. Incredible, but consistent.

I lodged a complaint online, and it was acknowledged, but never answered despite providing the details.

You can keep the 8 bucks and use it train a new manager. In the meantime I want to thank you for breaking my of my Taco Bell habit. As a vegetarian it’s a great option on the road or in a pinch but it’s not with the sadness I have for the future of humanity. I know you don’t care, corporate doesn’t care, I get it, society is kinda crumbling. That being said, why not take a little pride in your job? A simple “good afternoon “ or “I’m sorry” goes a long way, and if you can’t figure that out or how to put three things in a tortilla and roll it, I feel terrible for you.

I’d say do better, but from kiosk to corporate you’ve proven you’re incapable of, so if I ever want a corporate burrito of disappointment, I guess I’ll be getting it at chipotle from now on.

Terrible place to eat at night. Not sure why I even tried it lol. Their mentality is we can skimp you as much as we feel like it so just get a credit like a normal person. Obviously they don’t care about training, your time or getting home and your kids or you still being hungry from them not doing their jobs. It’s not really a wonder why places like this stay short staffed with bosses who think like that.

I went In last night after the Ohio State game and got some munchies but my order was made improperly. Woke up with it on my mind and I called and spoke with Missy and she made it perfect and I am grateful for that with every dollar counting I don’t feel like I wasted money at Taco Bell

I ordered 2 Chalupas to go through the drive thru.. get home and the shells were stale and hard as a rock. It was 12 bucks for 2 so to get home to this quality of food is ridiculous. They should have a problem serving people such poor quality.
