We are here for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Our server, Katie, was so nice and attentive to our table. We ordered the kraken fries app and the spicy miso and kai ramen bowls. Everything was absolutely delicious! We also had the Japanese whiskey flight and the Japanese slipper cocktails, which were also very good. Would recommend!

The food is delicious! Everything I’ve ordered has been excellent. They have a large menu with something for everyone. Traditional Filipino food, incredible ramen and my favorite the sushi! I have made this a regular spot for my family and I. ( we host all bdays and other special occasions here) The servers and sushi chefs are always pleasant and friendly. I have 3 kids and they all love it as well! Can’t Say enough good things about Edo! Keep up the good work guys!

I love this place! I went in on a busy Friday night around 7pm and sat at the sushi bar. I was greeted and sat by a very kind host who welcomed me warmly. There was live music by a wonderful singer, full tables of happy customers and a really great vibe to the restaurant overall. The food was very fresh, super delicious and the fast but through service I received from Katie was top notch, I would come back just to be served by her. The sushi chef even made me a custom sushi roll based off of what I told him I liked, and it knocked my socks off! Parking was super convenient, and plentiful. The prices were very fair considering the high quality of ingredients they use. The restaurant itself was very clean, accommodating and aesthetic. This restaurant is definitely in my top 5 favorites!! I will definitely be coming back with all of my friends and family!

All the food we tried was really good. Good Asian fusion cuisine! I didn’t know what to expect before coming here, but the experience was really good. Only downside is that the location is pretty tricky because the parking is in the back alley. Also, inside vibe can be improved, but still not a bad place for Asian stuff! Surprisingly impressive menu!

Edo is one of Royal Oak’s best kept secrets. I have been going to Edo for over 3 years now. They not only have a delicious award-winning menu that caters to all dietary needs but often have free entertainment on the weekends. They also occasionally host private events…from birthdays, anniversaries, to book releases. They do an amazing job and help support many artists and musicians as well.

They are truly good people. They have an amazing staff. And I have to also throw in that they have free parking— which is priceless! I support Edo because they truly give back to the community.

I love this restaurant. They have traditional Japanese AND Filipino food. That’s why they’re “fusion”.

We got lumpia, pancit, seafood ramen, mami, and lecho kiwali. Got turon and ube ice cream for dessert.

Their drinks are awesome and dessert amazing too!

This place is jewel of an experience. I live in Rochester hills and I probably visit here more than once a month.

The food is authentically crafted and delicious. I can’t explain how much more I like their food compared to others of the same genre of cuisine. There is an element of home cooking and fine dining refining their recipes.

Even the presentation presents a vibe that is real and interesting.

My favorite sushi is the extreme California roll or the caterpillar roll.

If rolls aren’t your thing the steamed dumplings will firm up win you affection with its savory broth drippings.

I tend to have the ramen with their kale noodles that make me feel less guilty for enjoying the Smorgasbord of offerings.

I recommend to try to sit in different spots each time you visit to be able to appreciate the hired help and their riveting personalities.

Bottom line: I love the food, the atmosphere, and the workers here!

I recommend the Mad Hatter Roll! Would love to go back just for this. It’s absolutely delicious. Great staff, and I really love the vibe and decor of this place. I love that it’s so vegan-friendly with its menu offerings. I never thought I’d see a restaurant that offers vegan Filipino food in Michigan! That was exciting to see as someone that is half Filipino. I love that it also has vegan dessert options. The vegan mochi ice cream was sold out when I visited, but I loved seeing it on the menu. The portion size of the ramen is huge. I got the spicy tofu ramen. I had a couple meals worth of leftovers. We dressed our leftover ramen in sesame oil. So good!

Tried the Crispy Jalapeno Shrimp, Takoyaki, Fried Ube Ice Cream and 4 types of sushi.
All savory dishes were okay, not bad. The Ube ice cream itself was really good but the fried batter on top of it was too thick and overpowering.
Service was decent and so was the ambience. Nothing extraordinary.
