Tired of being treated like a second class citizen when I come in for lunch. After a few visits between 11:00 and 1:00 and having similar experiences, I’m done. I don’t have time for this anymore. A typical experience always starts out by me walking in (alone) and standing at the host station for minutes, just waiting to be acknowledged and shown to a table in a pretty empty restaurant. The time it takes to order and get the food out is very reasonable. It’s hit and miss on the service after the food arrives though. The most recent visit, no one ever came back to check on things. Hair in the ranch, whatever, guess I don’t need that. No refills. Never brought out the check. I was waiting with an empty plate, empty cup, credit card in hand in a still pretty empty restaurant. I needed to get going, but no one would come. Luckily I had some cash, I hope I left enough because I didn’t know what my actual total was.

I ordered for takeout but always check my food before leaving. If I am spending good money, I expect good good. Not food that actually looks depressing. Better off driving an extra 15 minutes to Woodbury’s Buffalo Wild Wings.

We placed a mobile order at 7:45. It said it would be ready to pick at 8:10. We got the order at 9:00. We went through 4 sodas until we got one that wasn’t straight soda water. The hostess was nowhere to be found, and when we were able to catch an employee, they weren’t alarmed by our wait time and told us to wait longer. There were only 4 tables with people so it wasn’t busy either.

Services is extremely slow, you walk in and when there’s no host around, you stand there waiting over 10 minutes to be seated. Servers walk around without acknowledging any guest waiting to be seated. I’ve come here a couple of times for to-go, it’s always been the same slow service every time. Aspen the server in particular has been very helpful when no one is around.

Came in today, hoping for a quick, easy lunch. We were seated and waited about 15 minutes for our server, Abriana, to arrive. We were served our drinks and appetizers. It was all fine until our entrees came out, our first was 3-5 minutes after the appetizers, then the second was around 10 minutes after, then the last came out 10 minutes later. So by the time the last meal came out, the other 2 were already finished. Lost my appetite after this so I just wanted a box, but our server never came back, I had to go up to the host stand and get one myself. If I wanted to serve myself, I would eat at home. But when we go out to eat we are expecting fast and friendly service.

I’ve always expected their wings to be phenomenal, considering the name, but they aren’t quite where they need to be in terms of texture and taste. But they’re good enough.
The other food is usually quite good, though! Their burgers are amazing, and they have some of the COLDEST beer around!

I just come in for a DoorDash, and the staff was very hospitable and kind. Johnny in particular got straight to the root of my problem and fixed it. Many of the time when I come in for an order that is already picked up the staff will refuse to remake the order. This throws a wrench into mine and the customer’s time. Overall both businesses lose money. Instead here Johnny talked to his staff and fixed my problem immediately. Doesn’t happen often, but it is the kind of hospitality that grows a business. Continue to kill it.

I used to really enjoy this restaurant. Its just felt like a steady decline in service and quality. All of my recent visits have resulted in one member of my party waiting for food even after the rest are finished.
