Schlotzsky’s is one of my favorite delis. This location did not disappoint! Very clean, friendly service, and the food was very fresh and tasted great! My go to is the deluxe original – the combination of meats and cheeses on their toasted sourdough bread is truly amazing. Sadly, Schlotzsky’s has no locations in my home state of Florida. But, whenever I’m traveling, if there’s a Schlotzsky’s nearby, I can guarantee a visit! #1 Fan!

Deluxe original sandwich? Where? Had problems ordering in the app- tried to place a pick up order twice just for my credit card to be charged twice but got a message saying the order couldn’t be placed. Called the store and the order was not placed. So went to pick it up via drive thru. Ordered a small deluxe original and soup. Just for a sad sandwich that was missing onions, tomatoes, and you call that a serving of olives and lettuce? There are three bits. Half the ingredients are missing. I used a free small sandwich coupon with my points but definitely not worth it. And almost $7 for just the soup is crazy. And the original price of the sandwich is almost $9…I was understanding about the app not working- not the locations fault. But the sandwich I was given and the pending two prior transactions on my card- I expect better.

This food was absolutely terrible! It was cold, the bread was soggy, and I waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. I cannot believe the quality of food that was served. This experience was so bad, I will never eat from any location again. The food was not edible. The Cinnabon was cold, hard, and dry. The bread was not cooked, the cheese was not melted on the calzone, everything was gross!

Avoid using the drive thru at any Schlotzsky’s location. Without fail, my order is either incorrect or items are missing. When I dine in, everything is amazing. The food tastes great and the order is correct. However, there is obviously some kind of communication error when it comes to every Schlotzsky’s drive thu.
Unfortunately, this location is receiving this review because it’s the location that I recently ordered from. Ordered a hot sandwich, received a cold one with old bread. Ordered a new dessert item. Also cold and incorrect from what is advertised on the menu.
At least Schlotzsky’s is consistent with disappointing thier customers.

Delicious sandwich. I just wish they’d had either rye bread or wheat….I dont want a low fiber bread. I thought maybe they closed at 9 pm because they were mopping the floor around 9 pm, but they’re actually open until 10 pm

This place is horrible. 3 people ordered lunch. Finally brought out food but one order was incorrect. Went back up front to tell them and all I got was “oh you ordered Albuquerque Turkey not avocado Turkey”. No apology. While waiting on my sandwich I went back to front to get chips they also didn’t give me. Girl at front counter ignored me. Finally found another server and told her I didn’t get me chips. She finally brought them to me and said they were giving them to me even though I hadn’t ordered them. I showed her my receipt where id paid for them. Also after looking at our receipt we were charged $1.39 for 3 kids drinks. We had asked for 3 water cups. When we questioned the staff we were told that they charge for the paper cup. WHAT???? The food was not good. The potato soup we soup we all ordered was very watery and a weird light orange color. AWFUL!! We have gone to this particular spot for years. Will not go back ever again. Absolutely ridiculous. You should be ashamed!!!!
