Genuinely probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have experienced from here ever. I ordered and was told that I paid for a Philly cheesesteak sub sandwich. When I was brought my order barely even 5 minutes later, they tried forcing me to take an Italian sub sandwich and then tried to convince me that that was my ordered. After all the fighting and being cussed out by the Uncle Nick’s employees, they took my food back and they told me they brought me a Philly cheesesteak. Get home and it’s an Italian Beef. Genuinely highly disappointed in the customer service and very disappointed in this place of business.

Uncle Nick’s has Always been a favorite of Mine for places to eat in the Rockford area …….. Always filling and Big Portions, Absolutely Fresh and Definitely Delicious. The parking can get crazy sometimes and at times there’s a line but definitely worth the wait for the food……and you can Always call ahead and order so you don’t have to wait.

The State Street location is absolutely horrible. Every time I have eaten there I have gotten sick to my stomach and the staff is absolutely rude. The sixth street location is absolutely fine. They are friendly at that location and the food is always on point. They seriously need to do some work on their State Street location or just close that sucker down.

Open late and great food for a great price. No dine-in available at this location. The baclava is one of my favorite desserts in town. Great stop for a late night weekend snack with a security guard on site or a cheap lunch To-go during the week. The menu has a large variety including their famous gyro’s. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and it never gets old.
