Went through the drive-thru on Valentine’s Day and Alexa, their last window’s operator, was absolutely a ball of sunshine. Her attitude was infectious and highly appreciated. The food was lovely, but had to stop by here to review because she deserved the praise.

I had to come to Google to complain because of how mad I am, this is the worst McDonald’s in Reno by far, this was the mobile order I got tonight, completely wrong thing, fry’s were soggy and lukewarm. And the chicken was basically a hockey puck . And the drink wasn’t even full!!

Overall, this McDonald’s earns a solid 4-star rating. The food is usually good and consistent, but there are occasional misses—fries can sometimes be hard or barely warm, and the fish sandwich is occasionally cold or a bit tough. Service also gets a 4: the staff generally has a good rhythm and keeps things moving, but sauces are often forgotten and the operation can feel a little unorganized at times. Even with these small issues, it’s still a dependable stop and a location I return to regularly.

Tables were all, and I mean every one, covered in sauce/garbage.
I waited 20min for my food. It took 15min to get a staff member to give me the bathroom code because this location has a locked bathroom for some reason. They gave me the wrong code.
I left without getting my order.

Came here and they weren’t busy at all, yet took over 10 minutes to get our food to us. They don’t care about their customers whatsoever, a poor young girl stood waiting at the counter for at least 3 minutes before someone finally acknowledged her, and all she needed was a bag. It’s insane to me how much they don’t care.

Put in to go bag its for done in no tray.. had to ask for lap mat.. fries cold. I order apple pies. They gave me holiday pies..had to tell them to clean the tables..trash was full.. but lots of workers behind cooking.. order woth extra ketchup. They put none. Soda machi e had way too much foam..

Food is good, on oar with McDonald’s expectations. Drive thru service is consistently one of the slowest I’ve experienced. Doesn’t matter if there are 5-6 cars in front of you or none, you are going to be sitting there a while.

Order 2 cheeseburgers no substitutions, received no cheese, no onion, no pickle. The food here is mediocre at best, but this is beyond ridiculous. Literally threw it in the trash and this meal is $12.
