What happen to the delicious food??!?
Not sure if there has been changes to cooks, but this is not the same quality of food. The combination fried rice was not seasoned like usual, ribs were not cooked with the red marinated sauce like it use to, beef lo mein was not good, and everything tasted bland.
This place use to be known as THE BEST CHINESE spot in town. Unfortunately, NOT today. Our family drove from Florida looking forward to eating good and this was a huge let down.
The only good thing was the service and lady that took outer order.

The boneless chicken was old and had dark spots in the meat. The shrimp fried rice was too dry. We brought three plates and threw them all away. Now we have to get something else to eat. I’m never going there again.

The lady at the counter had a very nasty attitude like she hate her life. The nastiest food I ever taste in my life. I got shrimp in lobster sauce. It was slimy and had no flavor. Had like only 8 shrimp in it. Then the Cho Cho’s had only 1 shrimp in each one !! A waste of my money !!!!! A rip off. I haven’t had them in years. They not worth the hype should have went to China doll this is sooo gross

The food was not hot enough. The portion size was decent but the quality has gone down a lot. Maybe new owners. They don’t serve the sautéed veggies anymore just plain lettuce. I could have gotten a salad.

And the prices are very good. And if you are a quantity person most menu items will easily feed 2 with the quality you’d expect in a quantity preference restaurant. Not bad overall.

A friend picked me up and took me to this spot for some Chinese food. I was pushing my luck since it’s a little hole in the wall. Sometimes these places have great food however this time it was not. My experience may not be as others but this was not a great experience. I was eating my shrimp fried rice and decided to look down, low and behold; there was a bug in my food. ♂️ ♂️ (see photos)
They really need to check the food before giving it out to customers. I had a poor dining experience tonight.

I would never ever go there again. I ordered sweet-and-sour shrimp and the shrimp was dripping in cooking oil literally! The shrimp was wet with it! They lost a long time customer!

Hands down a great quick option! The lines are long but it moves quickly most of the time. Parking is absolutely terrible but the food is pretty good so you be ok by the time you eat your food. The food is prepared well, great portions, and pretty accurate with your order. The prices have increased but it’s not to outrageous but still high.
Anway great lunch option

This is the true Chinese food plug. Best rice, egg rolls and sweet and sour sauce! Any OG New Orleans resident will know this restaurant! Any visitors coming please eat here!! Food is 10/10! Currently they are doing cash only as computers are down and I don’t know how long for. Parking isn’t the greatest in this area but you’ll survive.
