This was delicious. My usual go to is the single garlic steak burger (but please try the double!) The service was great! They jumped right on taking our order (my oldest orders the 7×7 and it isnt on the kiosk).

I generally go through drive-thru so I don’t know much about the atmosphere. However their food has always been quite pleasing their fries are absolutely fantastic ‘Tallo’ strikes again again

I will admit, pretty much every time I do a mobile app or go through the drive-through, I have to go back because fries have been forgotten or they made the incorrect milkshakes. Having said that, the food that they do make is always great and the service is excellent! Everyone is so nice and I can’t be mad even if I tried 🙂 The staff really makes this location.

Horrible!! This place was absolutely disgusting. I believe it is due to getting rid of there serving staff. I don’t think anyone pays attention nor cleans the dining rooms SINCE the changeover. Ordering is simple, however there’s only two computer screens for ordering, so if it’s busy your just standing in like behind a computer waiting to place your order with no assistance from staff. Card only I believe, atleast I didn’t see another way to pay. We had our 5yr old with us, had been out running errands all day and everyone was starving and grouchy. We had to clean our own table, which I can overlook! However… Once sat and we began to eat, that’s when I started noticing the uncleanness and unhygienic conditions. My 5yr old pointed out it was raining inside!!! Included pictures for reference.
Would never waste $60 here again…Food is subpart to what it once was. Also the bathrooms were worse looking that a portable toilet. Didn’t even enter, once I opened the door I was hit with a putrid Sulfur/ Raw sewage smell. And could not find a manager in sight to express my concerns. Only the three employees that each took 3 smoke breaks a piece right out the front door within the 30-40min timespan we were eating.

So I have to wait in a line to order from a kiosk that everyone is struggling to use and then scan my receipt to get a drink. What’s next, I have to cook my own food? I will never be back.

Wow has this Steak and Shake gone downhill over the years, so sad ! We loved coming here every year after going to the walkway of lights,it was our tradition for many years, this will be the last time, their automated service was a pain to use, the food was blah and the service was non existent.

Nice to be able to come in and dine. November, 13th, 22, 2 p.m., My wife and I ordered and paid. Sat down, 10 min. passed and then the manager asked if we got our food. No. They forgot to cook. Food was good. My wife went to the restroom, the manager also went, used the toilet and walked out without washing her hands. Gross!! We won’t be back.

Steak N Shake is a restaurant and restaurants’ main feature is the food, right? The food menu at Steak N Shake is tried and true. But I miss the full service of the pre-Covid days. Seems like the budget-trimming is trimming a bit too much; I miss the atmosphere that Steak N Shake used to have.
Can’t complain about the meal though. The food’s as good it was in the pre-Covid era.
