The staff is generally friendly and efficient, and my orders have been accurate nearly every time. The drive-thru moves quickly, even during busy lunch and dinner hours, and the indoor dining area is usually clean and well-maintained. I’ve also used the mobile app for pickup a few times, and it’s a smooth process that saves time.
The food quality is consistent—fries are hot and crispy, burgers are made fresh, and breakfast items are always reliable. I especially appreciate that they’ve kept the McCafé menu strong—great for a quick coffee or snack on the go.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, occasionally, service can feel a bit rushed or impersonal during peak times. That said, it’s nothing out of the ordinary for a high-traffic fast food spot.
Overall, this is a dependable location that does a great job meeting expectations. Whether you’re grabbing a quick meal, coffee, or a snack for the kids, this McDonald’s is a solid choice.
The employee does not greet customers at all—no “hello,” no “thank you,” no acknowledgment. She simply stares, hands you the food, and shuts the window. This has happened multiple times, not just today, and it makes the experience very uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
In addition, orders are often incorrect. Today, my drink was supposed to be a Coke, but I was given a Dr. Pepper instead. When I asked for a refill, I was only given half of the drink. She then took the cup somewhere else instead of refilling it in front of me, which made me uncomfortable, and I ended up throwing the drink away because I didn’t trust it.
This is a serious issue because when it comes to food and drinks, accuracy matters. You never know if someone could have an allergy or sensitivity, and being given the wrong item could cause a real health problem.
Customer service is a big part of the experience, especially for a place I visit regularly. A simple greeting, correct orders, and basic courtesy would make a huge difference.
I hope management addresses this, because I like this location, but the repeated poor service is disappointing.
