Beautiful place for lunch or dinner out on the patio above the river.
Service seemed too much on the laid back side and we were served our salads without silverware.
We sent back the hot corn and crab dip for being too rich and salty.
Food looked a little old (soggy watermelon pieces and gray cabbage in the tacos). Probably wouldn’t come back but happy to mark it off the list because the place is beautiful.

Really cool environment. Food was tasty, loved that they had a complete gluten free menu. It was quite the wait time for the food to arrive. Also very pricey for what you receive. Wait staff was friendly and polite. Not for those who have an issue with echos and noise level, it’s quite loud inside. Good for an occasional visit.

We only went one time a few years back, plus we had our two dogs and the whole entire staff couldn’t have been any friendlier to us AND OUR DOGS!! When they brought us our drinks, they also brought the dogs a silver bowl of water for them, unpromted. We got the Ahi Tuna and the Porterhouse and both were OUTSTANDING!! Years later and WE’RE STILL TALKING ABOUT the amazing food we had here!! Everything was reasonably priced for what we received and we can’t wait to go back. We live in Austin and were there visiting that time, so we’re going to have to make another special trip specifically, to come to this restaurant. Yummy, I’m drooling whilst typing this!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE PUMPHOUSE!!!!

We made a quick stop off our route to checkout The Pump House. We were on our way to Port Aransas, but this restaurant piqued my interest after looking at the menu. It was such a cool space that was totally unexpected as we pulled up to it. It’s pretty enough on the outside, it could absolutely be used for a photo op!
The waitress was fantastic and so attentive. All four of us ordered different things and each of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
I would highly recommend this spot to anyone going through Victoria!

I came for lunch and sat outside which was beautiful with the river view. It wasn’t very busy which was nice. I ordered the grilled salmon with asparagus. It was excellent. The asparagus were huge, very juicy on the inside and with a good crunch. The salmon was grilled to perfection. I was too hungry to take a photo of the food. They an adorable Russian blue cat on the property. I saw them on my way out taking a little nap. So cute!

We went there on a suggestion of a friend knowing we’d pass close to Victoria, and we certainly didn’t regret it. Outside seating offers great views of the Guadalupe River. The food was very tasty, the service was excellent and the prices didn’t seem too high based on the location and the higher end look of the establishment.
