Stopped by on Feb., 3rd. 2025. Food was perfect, but the place is dirty almost all the tables were messy/greasy. Mentioned it to the manager Alex but he didn’t not seem concerned… he even had to wipe his own table before sitting down w his laptop.

My food was cold. There was one car ahead of me in the drive through and it took 15 minutes. I asked to have my french fries remade, and they were even worse; cold, stale, and unseasoned.

Today I ordered 2 classic chicken burritos and to bean and cheese burritos and the bean and cheese burrito’s had green sauce which was not a big deal but the old Hispanic lady that took my order could barely speak or understand the language we speak in the USA. Overall it wasn’t a super big deal but just letting you know that orders will be messed up

The lady at the drive thur,which was wearing black and I’m assuming was the manager, was Super Passive aggressive. I asked her a few questions and each answer was just rude. I even checked my bag before leaving and she had an issue with that as she remarked “everything is in there” like what if I just wanna check for my peace of mind. Burrito was amazing but frys were so old and I found a super black where ever it is in the frys I’m sure it’s a burnt end of something but it shouldn’t of even made it into my frys. Just shows they don’t care at all! WORST DEL TACO IN THE VALLEY

We went thru the drive thru on m this past Saturday. Ordered 2 meals and 2 snack tacos. We were asked to pull over and wait. After 20 MINUTES, I go inside, please keep in mind I have a fractured foot hence the drive thru. I see a young man looking thru 2 bags and asking what they are yet no one is really answering him. Meanwhile A BUNCH of other drive thru customers are getting help!!! So why not our order?? Finally we get the food and sure enough the order is wrong!!!! So there we go again! They fix the order, we go home and the food was so bad but the”Macho” fries that WE PAID for were pretty much half of the box. So sad that this is what Del Taco allows!
