I think it has been Wendy’s as a whole that has been going down hill for the last several months. Their food quality and deals have drastically hit rock bottom, like Checkers tastes better and cost less. I have probably gone to Wendys 30-40 times in the last year, their classic chicken sandwich now makes me want to gag. Zero flavor and pumped full of water.

I like to eat at Wendy’s when working due to the good food and low cost. I had a bad experience at one on Pensacola in Tallahassee, I was hoping this one in a better area would be… better. The service was kind of slow, there was only one other person in the lobby. The burger was fixed incorrectly but I didn’t have time to get it fixed since it took longer than usual to get my food. The other person in the lobby then asked me for $3. This has happened twice in 2 visits. I’ll avoid this one as well.

The place was pretty clean overall. It was kinda busy but it only took like 10 minutes to get our food when there was five other orders in front of us so that was pretty fast. Food came out fresh as well. The Wednesday Meal Deal was pretty good, the sauces were pretty unique and great with the nuggets and the Raven Frosty(cherry frosty basically) was also very good as well as the syrup wasn’t too strong with the chocolate frosty. Definitely would recommend it while it’s still around. The guy at the front counter today was very nice and prompt getting the food ready and taking orders. Overall a pretty good Wendy’s in Tallahassee.

This is the best one in town 100%. Every time we come here we are treated great. Everything is fast, delicious, and exactly what we ordered. The service we get from Dion, Austin and Sylenia are the reason we skip other locations and chains altogether and come here.

Shout out to the ladies running the front counter of the Wendy’s on Apalachee Parkway. I don’t go to fast food restaurants too often due to the lack of professionalism and service that you tend to get these ladies were attentive they took care of my order and although I personally took a while to go pick up my food the lady at the front counter insured I got hot fries without me even asking we need more workers like this in Tallahassee

Pepper and they give me the wrong one every time . I ask for fresh food. Whyyyy is my fries cold ash and my nuggets hard like dog treats? At that point they for my dog . Like come on? Y’all that nasty ?. Do NOT come here incase you purposely want ya food cold or stale or wrong sauce wrong condiments . Like they be serious with this lmao horrible . Last time sauce had a hole in it . Should Posted that but forgot you can do this. That’s lame to serve customers like that.
