The pizza was very good. It was fresh and not as overdone. Ordered online for pickup and then sat and ate for a few minutes inside. Pizza was ready right on time. On the door was a sign saying that they were only taking online orders, which would be disappointing had we not ordered ahead. The BBQ Chicken pizza lacked barbecue flavor and was slightly bland save for the chilies on top. The Herbivore was pleasantly on the spicier side due to the banana peppers and the spicy tomato sauce, giving it a unique flavor . The Cheese pizza was saucy and cheesy the way a cheese pizza is supposed to be. There were a few flies, but overall the pizza was very good and the people working there were decently friendly.

Large spot with huge salads and gluten free pizza options.
Loved that they had something for me to eat, and that they took extra precautions for me as a gluten free person. Pizza did take a long time but probably because of the extra precautions. Salads were huge , everything was made just the way I ordered it.
Can’t say it’s the best gluten free pizza I’ve had but it was far from the worst.
Only 4 stars because the atmosphere wasn’t for me . I like a nice cozy local hole in the wall.

Terrible. Ordered pick up. Walked in and tripped over a mop that was randomly laying sideways out of a bucket in front of the order shelf. Half the pizza has toppings the other half is missing and soggy. They also put hot sauce on the wrong pizza. Won’t be going back.

I was having dinner with a friend and had a pizza I’d paid for and was going to have made before I left. We were approached at our booth and informed they were closing a half hour early bc the manager wasn’t feeling well and I had to have my pizza made now. The girl didnt change her gloves after going from cleaning to assembling the pizzas. We asked her if she did and she claimed she just changed them. She made the pizza up and threw it in the oven for 3 minutes and it was not done. I told her it wasn’t done and she said she couldn’t put it back in because it was already cut. I told her she needed to because it wasn’t done and the girl just argued with me that it was done until I asked to talk to the manager which I really hate that I had to do. He refunded us the money and made the girls put the pizza back in. It’s better but honestly still wasn’t cooked thoroughly. I understand that the customer isn’t always right, I worked in food service for years, but to argue with a customer after clearly cooking the pizza for 3 minutes is crazy. And to close up 20 minutes early because you don’t feel well, kicking 5+ people out is unacceptable business conduct. I really don’t think I’ll be going back. Horrible customer service and just overall rude workers

Ordered from them today and half of the toppings we had asked for were missing. In the receipt it says Basil, Spinach, tomatoes , spicy red sauce, white sauce cup. Didnt receive any of this and paid over $30. It was just a pizza smothered in Mozzarella, feta,balsamic glaze and pesto. Disappointed.

Delicious pizza. Came out quickly & was delicious. My only gripe is they seem to have an unusually high amount of flies/gnats swarming around (especially by the bathroom hallway/soda machines). It would probably help if they had less standing water/puddles throughout the place

The young man shift lead/was very polite and seemed to understand the essence of customer service….when I expressed my discontent which I appreciated! However his/the staff not good for business.. young girl had a nasty/bad attitude about giving me an undercooked pizza because she wanted to close early. The atmosphere was cold and eehh. Everything there has gone downhill seemingly.I do not plan to visit there again.

Ridiculous policy and terrible service.
Walked in at 7:05 pm to order a personalized pizza. The store was open, staffed, and operational, yet we were told they only take online orders. Absurd!
Instead of taking a simple in-person order, we were forced to stand there and place an online order on our phones, wasting time for both customers and staff. This is peak inefficiency disguised as process.
If a restaurant cannot handle taking an order from someone standing at the counter, it has completely lost the plot. Not customer friendly, not convenient, and not worth returning to. Won’t be back!

The food is always great. The workers did get lazy when it came to me wanting a veggie only pizza. And for yall to get paid well I would expect a 5 outta 5 service but it’s cool.

Pizza was terrible, no toppings on it, uneven, weird chunk missing out of it. Service was awful. Employee argued with me about if I ordered drinks yet he was looking at the wrong receipt. Everyone looked miserable there, really sad experience overall.
