My girlfriend and I stopped in around 10pm. It was a mess. Employees seemed more concerned about socializing than service. They started mopping, which is ridiculous because there was still an hour for the inside to be open. Dangerous to say the least. The burgers were dry, only god knows how long they sat. We ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and 2 tripples that were mislabeled. I got extra pickles which consisted of 2 pickles. Girlfriend went to use bathroom which she said seemed to be an employee hangout. Not a good experience, we should’ve went to KFC like originally planned.

If they would put more then one pickle on the burgers it would be better but the people are awesome. They always help me understand the app, they are patient with me because I always use the app, and they are super respectful even if I pay in change lol. Love these guys

Went through the drive-thru, ordered the spicy mcchicken sandwich combo with no tomatoes as I’m allergic. Got home and it had tomatoes on it. Should have checked before leaving since I live 25 minutes away. Otherwise everything else was good.

It’s ok. Food through drive through is rarely correct. The staff are most generally nice. Especially the best ones that take the money. The food is just McDonald’s food. Nuttn special.

I consistently get my iced mocha coffee made wrong at this location. Just got told that they dont even have an iced option for it. When I was looking right at it on the menu. And then they rang it up really weird and still messed it up. 9 times out of ten they dont even make a mocha its just coffee and milk… one of the worst mcdonalds ive ever came across and I frequent mcdonalds all over the entire Midwest due to my job and the traveling required for it. This place is an absolute mess of a mcdonalds. Very unimpressed and wouldnt recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Clean store clean bathroom. Seemed to have enough help working. Prices have gone up just a single quarter pound hamburger is now over $4.00. The drive through moves quickly most days. The reason for the 4 star rating is for the overpriced cheap food. When I want to spend money on overpriced cheap again I’ll be back.

French fries are consistently trash, cold and floppy, order is rarely correct. I really want someone to explain to me how you can have 15 employees working an ASSEMBLY LINE of food, Not even really cooking…. And you all still can’t get anything right? On today’s order, I spent $27, in my bag I received floppy cold french fries, three McChicken‘s, and a pack of honey mustard. Should’ve gotten the before mentioned (preferably at a better quality) a big Mac with no big Mac sauce, 20 piece chicken nugget with buffalo and honey Mustard sauce.
On top of it all it took 42 minutes to get through the drive-through line. Once I paid, I had to go wait and slot number two for another 15 minutes for my food to be incorrect….. pathetic. I’d think that the people who own this franchise would take a bit of pride in their establishment and maybe show up every now and then to make sure that everything is running properly.
