While know there’s a ton of reviews for various BWW’s, the wings are always good, great selection of beers and drinks and to top it off, Kelly staffing the bar. A true “service” person who asked how I was doing, made sure my wings selection was not too spicy hot for my liking, offered samples of wings and beer too. Just all good customer service. So stop in, have something to eat and drink and say hi to Kelly! Great job and see ya next time in the area

Can’t go wrong with Buffalo wild wings for some good chicken wings and potato wedges. On Tuesdays it’s buy one. Get one free if you have the app. I think we got 24 wings and an order of wedges and an order of fries for $31. Also played some keno on this cool new Pa Lotto machine they got in there!

I rarely come to BWW anymore because the wings are overpriced and a complete disappointment. I decided to go the other day to see if anything has improved and it has not. Ordered 10 wings for $15.49, what a rip off. My wings came out almost cold like they have been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour or were just microwaved for 15 seconds and sauce just slathered on. The wing quality itself was horrible. Small wings, mediocre amount of meat. The meat was so tough it actually made my jaw sore to chew. Had one deformed wing in there, of course where the bone broke in half which was gross. I ate them because I was hungry. I didn’t want to complain because the bartender was really busy. I will never come here again. Literally anywhere else has better wings. The bartender was very nice though. So that’s good. But overall this company serves sub-par food that is overpriced and sloppily made in the back by whoever they can get to work there. What an absolute disappointment.

Got takeout tonight: Pick 6 for $19.99 We got the All-American Cheeseburger, Buffalo Ranch Original Chicken sandwhich, fries, potato wedges, Diet Pepsi and Dr. Pepper.
Only two reasons I didn’t give 5 stars:
1) The fries: I hate soggy fries and prefer mine firm. Even by my standards, the fries were way too hard. Very tasty but just too dam hard. Not sure what they’re thinking by making the fries so hard.
2) The portions vs price: way too little for $28 (including 15% tip).
So… besides the kinda-rock-hard fries, everything else was great:
The cheeseburger was INCREDIBLE: reminded me of a Big Mac (sort of creamy texture in a way?) but way better.
The potato wedges were amazing.
The drinks were… Diet Pepsi and Dr. Pepper lol.
Fries: uh…..
Prep area looked immaculately clean (compared for example to nearby Chili’s which is utterly filthy and one of the main reasons we stopped eating there.)
The staff is VERY friendly and great.

Honestly this is the 3rd time i was disappointed before i made the review.
Its 3pm on a Monday.
I counted 8 ppl total inside. My food took an hour. I actually left prior to my food coming out, thats how long i was waiting. My bf stayed and got it to go. The other two times i wont mention because the experience was so bad but managememt tried to compensate with a $20 gift card. Today i stopped in the use the gift card and it was worse. Im sorry we wont be returning. We came weekly, this is sad. Not to mention in an empty restaurant the only black couple was seated alllll the way in the back where its freezing by the window. ( not the first time we were seated there either)

I’ve been going to Buffalo Wild Wings since it’s opened. My husband and I go at least once a week to unwind after work. The staff is very friendly, fast, and efficient. We often sit at the bar and have experienced all of the bartending staff. We were there last night and everything was great! A shout out to Jess and Kelly for being attentive! We will continue to go back!

Nice place, nice atmosphere but service there is by far just awful. With only 6 people sitting at the bar for lunch I was asked what I wanted to drink and if I wanted a menu. I ordered a Sprite and was given a menu. 17 minutes later, still no sprite but I did get a menu but nobody to take my order, so I left. Absolutely the worst service! I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have some paid time off to go sit there and hope to get waited on! Just awful. Only 6 people at bar and I couldn’t even get a drink brought to me?? Pathetic!
