We stopped by for breakfast on a roadtrip. The lady on the order microphone was difficult to understand, as she had an accent. And I think she couldn’t understand us either, because she was repeating the order incorrectly. But the food was good and fresh. I can’t say anything else, since we went thru the drive thru.

Not your average Mickey D’s. You can tell they care about their place, its clean, the people who helped me were genuine, kind, and really helpful. I was surprised at the level of customer service, and can tell they take pride in their work. The food was good, lots of fries in the pack, not skimping like some other Mickey Ds Ive been to. This seems like a good, small town place, even though its a franchise.

Owner should know that employees are not answering the drive thru. Unless the hours have changed. Three cars waited and 2 iof us finally gave up and I’m sure the third one will also drive away. Around 1130 pm on Tuesday 1/20/26 We drove by the window and saw an employee inside the restaurant. Last night (Monday)?.they took the order but then took 10 mins to give me cold fries. I get it thay are close to closing and it sucks but they got to take orders until close.

Closed the inside store 30 minutes early when I ordered for inside pickup in the store, the worker was rude when she told me to go through drive-thru and when I went to get my food through drive-thru, I was told to cancel my order through the app, then the same worker who was rude to me by the front doors came through the speaker and cussed me out and told me they wouldn’t serve me, I tried to cancel the order through the app but because they were already prepping it would not let me cancel it. ANY OTHER MCDONALDS IS TEN TIMES BETTER!

Food was ok, paper wrapped was teared which means laziness. The woman seemed to be a shiftleader/manager serving me the food was not customer serviceable and did not smile to me. She used phone in front of customers by the counter. Other employees was very great.

I ordered through the app. They did not add the extra mayo I paid for on the McChicken. I ordered an Oreo McFlurry and It was not blended and when I brought it up the answer was for the staff member to grab a spoon and mix it up without putting on gloves or washing her hands. The staff member also had painted finger nails. I get the McFlurry because the Oreos are blended with with blender thingy it makes the Oreos softer and easier to eat as I am still recovering from surgery. My toddler won’t eat the McChicken without the extra mayo.

Overall this McDonald’s was very nice. It’s certainly new and modern looking, but relatively clean. The restaurant uses self-serve stations, which take a long time to navigate but allow you to pretty much custom make your entire meal. It’s not confusing, but it is a lot longer than just having somebody take my order. Overall a good experience.

The service and the workers of this McDonalds just suck. They aren’t polite, they talk down on you, they never make sure you have everything. We sat at the window for two minutes while they just stood there looking at us while we were waiting to ask for the item we never received. If you pay on the mobile app and they run out of something, they never tell you either. They just give you the wrong food. This place sucks.
Update: still sucks. My family and I went to McDonald’s last night just after midnight since they changed their hours to one am. Our nuggets were beyond soggy and our fries were rock hard. We also had to pull forward and we waited 16 minutes for nuggets, fries, and McChickens. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t understand how they can get your food wrong EVERY single time when it says what’s supposed to be on it ON THE RECEIPT.

Food was fresh and tasty. Employees are friendly and professional. Restaurant is nice but bathroom needs attention. Also, smokers and receptacles are too close to doors which sets up a negative experience for non-smokers. Suggest dedicating one door to non-smokers or moving receptacles and discourage smoking in close proximity to entrances.
