The atmosphere is very cozy and intimate. It would be really great for a date night. My server was friendly, patient and attentive. It did not take long for my food to come out. My drink was delicious as well. Although I wish I couldn’t gotten a little bit more of the oxtail, the portion size was enormous in regards to the mac & cheese.

While in town we visited the Spice House off of recommendation from a local friend and ‘BY GOLLY’ when I tell you it was hands down the BEST experience all around!! Lexie, our waitress, was so patient and attentive to our requests. I didn’t get the bartenders name, but she concocted my drink request perfectly! The manager, beautiful sweetheart Ruthy’s energy and vibe was unmatched!!!
From the moment we walked in…though a little uncertain of what to expect….everyone was so quick to great us and seat us! Down to the excellent service and drinks, we demanded to meet the Chef, Junior, to personally thank him for the amazing food….such a kind, humble young man!!
We intend to eat here every night until we leave this weekend!!
I highly recommend Spice House and I will certainly dine here EVERY time I’m in Atlanta!! Thank you so much Ruthy, Lexie and Junior!! You all are the BEST!! See you again tonight!!!

The Spice House was a great choice for a birthday dinner. The salmon was amazing, and the sides were just as good — creamy mashed potatoes and vegetables that were actually flavorful and well-cooked. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. I’d definitely go back.

The oxtails were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the lamb chops were cooked to perfection. If you’re a fan of Caribbean cuisine, you NEED to try this spot!
The real MVPs, though, were our server, Shamyra, and the chef! Shamyra was attentive, friendly, and made us feel like family. Food was great, was served steaming hot snd seasoned very well! Just how I like it! Oh and they include 18% gratuity on all checks no matter the size of your party. Service was what you would expect anywhere, nothing great but nothing bad either. The atmosphere- music was so loud you can’t hold a convo with the person sitting directly across from. It’s too much! I actually watched a couple, seemingly on a date, leave bc of the noise level. It really would serve this place better if they lowered the music. The decor is nice and it could be a great spot for dates but the obnoxiously loud music will create more 1 time visits than repeat business, sadly.

This is my second bad experience with spice House.
I was giving it another try because it’s a neighborhood restaurant and I want to keep money in the neighborhood and its back on but it proved not to be worth it.
food. salmon was good the mashed potatoes was mediocre the cabbage undercooked.
First time I came and was dining in and the server was horrible. The manager at that time made apologies and give me complimentary mimosa.
2 years later I ordered GrubHub and after waiting a half an hour I was told that they never received the order.
My delivery person was kind enough to wait longer than she should and then where it still wasn’t ready to swungback around to pick it up
When I spoke to KIA, the manager she requested I send her screenshots of my receipt to verify my honesty.
After she saw the receipt she apologize and the food was ready within 15 minutes. I was not offered any complimentary anything as a matter of fact I requested cutlery & napkins but they were none in the bag.
I will be visiting tomorrow but not to eat it will be to speak to the manager because it’s unacceptable.

We had such an amazing experience tonight (Thursday) at Spice House, and I just had to leave a review—especially for our incredible waitress, Krystal!
From the moment my best friend and I walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. The music set the perfect vibe.
Krystal truly made our evening unforgettable. She was attentive, friendly, and had such a warm personality. She checked on us at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does.
And let’s talk about those $5 crab leg clusters—what a deal! They were delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Between the amazing food, the great music, and Krystal’s outstanding service, it was hands down a five-star experience.
If you’re thinking about going to Spice House, do it. If you’re lucky enough to have Krystal as your waitress, you’re in for a fantastic time!

Extremely bad service. Food is super mid. Place is dirty and staff is unprofessional. Found an eyelash or piece of hair in the Mac and cheese. Mac and cheese literally the same penne noodles as the Rasta pasta (lazy much?) they were out of plantains (on a Saturday nonetheless) and way too expensive for food that I could’ve made better myself at home. Moscow mule tasted like water with ginger ale. Don’t even bother unless I guess you go for the hookah and lounge I guess.

Had lunch here this week and the food was amazing! Had a seafood dip and rasta pasta. Both were flavorful and good portion sizes. Also got a rum punch and not only was it tasty but also strong. Our server mentioned ladies night with drink specials so I plan on making another trip to see what the atmosphere and music is like.

The band the singer the ambiance everything was perfect! Plenty of free parking the servers were really nice as well. Now the bad, the food was overpriced especially for the portion they give you but the food is pretty tasty.
