Can’t rate the food cause I never get it, this location is so terrible. I literally have tried to come here twice and the people in charge always seem to have an excuse. I wrote a letter to management last time and got NOTHING back. But I was hungry and it’s close by and yet again they disappointed me. This place is complete garbage, they can’t even say hello, and stay in the corners of the restaurant and behind the bar and make eye contact with you.
I can see why there are no customers here, it’s terrible.
I’ll go to wing stop I guess. Thanks for nothing.

The place was packed when we got there. They got us seated after a few minutes. We all thought it was going to be ab bad experience, but it was right as rain! Great job B-Dubs!

I made an order ahead of time, taking in consideration the bad reviews. I ordered one order of 15 wings that is literally it; and it took one hour. Their response was “well is not ready, there’s nothing we can do, it will be ready in 15 minutes”. I gave them a chance ignoring the bad reviews, but constant bad reviews don’t lie.
Absolutely horrible, I guess the other reviews were right. Wingstop is across the street. Your better off going to Wingstop, hassle free and professional customer service.

Today I did a call in order, it was for 10 bone in wings and a beacon melt. I was advised it would be ready at 11:40 am I got there at 12pm the girl at the counter advised it wasn’t ready yet. and walked away the manager approached the counter I asked her why my order wasn’t ready yet, when I was told it would be ready at 11:40. she advised the the patty melt wasn’t ready because the grill broke. Yet we were never informed and other people were seated and eating eating it must have not been that broken. So just bad service.

We should have looked at the reviews first, but it was just a quick decision since the kids were hungry. Took them forever to get us seated, while 70% of the tables were empty. The food is fine, its what you can expect from a place like this. The service was our biggest problem. As we had no water, no silverwear, no napkins and all the condiments were empty, we could see a huge line of guests forming at the entrance and nobody came to seat them. They probably stood there for a good 8-10 minutes, while we also struggled to get any attention for our table. Will for sure not coming back, this place is horrible.

I don’t even know where to start. Service, wait time, getting the order right. Took over 45 minutes to get our food. All of our items weren’t even delivered when the waitress dropped the check off, as if i couldn’t afford to be there. My sons wanted dessert, that took 30 minutes to come out. The bathrooms were a total mess and lacking soap and paper towels. I love(d) the food here but the service keeps making it harder to come back.

Sunday afternoon we stopped in to watch a game and order dinner. After waiting by the empty host stand for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us I looked around and only saw the bartender working. Eventually someone came over and looked at us like “how did you get in here?” told us it would be (another) 5 to 10 minute wait, so we left. If they’re slow in the front of the house I’m sure the back stinks too!

Looks like the got news that they were closing, and literally didn’t care. The place was nasty… I mean disgusting! The door was filthy and that was just the beginning… not one person said a word to us 6 people sitting at the bar and all other seats were removed she pretended not to see us…we looked at each other and made one of best decisions by walking out… good luck
