Just wanted to say that I have been to this Five Guys before never had to wait 20 minutes for a single Pattie burger , I drove 30 minutes to eat at this place with hunger cause I craved for a Five Guys burger but today it was the worst burger I’ve ever had the bun was burnt the Pattie was too cooked lettuce looks old and the tomato was still green not good service at all today and there weren’t many customers waiting

I placed an Uber eats delivery (first time trying it) the burger was good but the Canjun fries were bathed in salt. They were extremely salty to the point where I couldn’t even finish them because of how much salt they had. The seasoning was extremely over done.

If you have basic respect for the workers there (and not being inconvenient like some of the customers are) they will make your day 200% better. Definitely the best fast food place in Harrison in all aspects, especially with customer service. It’s my fifth time coming here after work and I’m always greeted with a smile. Special thanks to the cashier named Hugo, a true gentleman, so professional that I felt like I was eating in a 5-star restaurant.
