This is not a shot at the employees. They are understaffed and the Covid cheapskate mentality still rages at certain fast food joints. Wendy’s being one of them.
If you cannot afford to place items like Straws, Salt, Pepper and napkins. Just close the place down. There is NO added advantage going through the Drive thru or going inside.
Not too mention Wendy’s has always wanted premium prices, but the covidisstation of Wendy’s has cheapened the idea of paying a high price amd begging for freaking Salt and other condiments.
The experience sucks.

This Wendy’s location in Rockingham, NC, has allegedly demonstrated subpar cleanliness and food handling practices. Specifically, it has been claimed that they serve buns that have been bitten by rodents, and that the area beneath the grill and adjacent to the sandwich station is unclean. Furthermore, it has been alleged that chili meat is occasionally left out overnight, resulting in dried-out meat that is subsequently rehydrated with water and boiled on the grill. Additionally, the chili holder has been reported to contain stagnant water that has been present for over a week.

Wendy’s definitely played in my food ‘ i ordered a big bacon classic only bacon they put no bacon the sandwich burger was dry as crap i ordered baconator fries no shredded cheese only melted cheddar cheese and bacon they put nothing but shredded cheese on my fries then overly cooked my fries trying to melt the cheese like I wouldn’t notice this is so disgusting that we can’t order DoorDash and you get what you pay for these restaurants hire nobody who cares about their job and people food I will be contacting corporate because this is very unacceptable and if I was a Karen I’d go to the store and let them know how pathetic this is

I went to Wendy’s and ordered 2 biggie bags with spicy nuggets and a regular 4 piece nugget and I got no spicy nuggets and no 4 piece regular nugget so I went back and told them instead of them doing like all restaurants putting that in waste they kept it and gave me the spicy nugget now most restaurants don’t even take a bag back into their restaurants drive thru once it’s left but they took food out the bag and kept it to serve to somebody else it doesn’t matter if I just came through drive through or I looked clean they was to put them regular nuggets in the waste and discard them because I could have done anything to them nuggets they had to know I had to pick one of them up to see the won’t spicy that’s how I knew now do you think I want some stranger putting they’re hands on my nuggets and don’t know where they hand been I don’t think so good I use hand sanitizer often so be mindful where you choose to eat

I went to the drive-thru for breakfast at around 7:30am. They didn’t have the breakfast menu board up, but the dinner board. I attempted to go inside but I was told I HAD to use the drive-thru. So I went back to the drive-thru and told them that they lost a sale because I couldn’t use a breakfast menu, or go inside. Then I left, a dissatisfied would-be, but wasn’t, customer.

TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE we ordered frosties they were disgusting, not even frozen all the frosties turned to liquid in seconds staff act as if they had an attitude the whole time I’ll never come here again this place should be shut down and staff should be taught customer service and how to fix food and drinks or hire new people who actually give a crap about serving food and giving good service. WORST WENDYS EVER!!

Nothing was seasoned at all, even the fries which are advertised as seasoned with sea salt had nothing. This was my last trip. Do better. The meat on my triple Dave burger was very under cooked and no flavor. Wendy’s won’t be around much longer if this keeps up.
