Now I understand why that business has a bad reputation and few stars; the service is not at all pleasant, people treat you as if you were going to cause trouble when you only came to buy something. And they dare to put above the door (THANKS DON’T BE A STRANGER), what irony if they are the ones who They treat them worse than a foreigner, and even worse because Uber drivers are treated as if they were going to rob them. (There was an Uber driver who only asked if the order was ready because he was there like for almost 10 minutes but she answered I don’t know, and stop asking because I already told you it’s not ready. If you don’t want to wait, you can leave. (Wow, is this how they respond to people? They deserve those 3 stars.)

Put this right up there with the Baltimore ave location: won’t go back. Go in for a pickup order one day, me and another guy stand there for 6 minutes. No acknowledgment, no one at the counter. Asked the manager with a nasty attitude baggin orders “Is that a mobile order?” For her to say “They’re ALL mobile orders just wait a second”. So dumb and disrespectful. Nevertheless she calls three tickets while mumbling the second. She then goes to take an order at the counter as I ask for mine. She says “That’s the first name I called” NO.. it was the second name she called and must’ve whispered because she doesn’t know how to talk. Top it all off hands it to me to say “U doing all that huffing and puffing” after saying it’s the first name. Huffing & puffing can turn into smackin & swingin she don’t know nuffin bout me. Back to delivery-only from here

All of the staff was extra courteous there was a new counterperson and he was absolutely customer friendly when he asked for help from another coworker and they all help and work together I seen a tremendous amount of teamwork and the manager was so personable with her staff it was it was a nice KFC experience that I have ever experienced I left their smiling Yes and the food was great, however, I don’t blame the staff but the very very small drumsticks were a disappointment for a the $21

Very unprofessional and unorganized. Came here for the hot honey tenders and the honey bbq tenders. The gentlemen taking my order was kind but he asked me to back up from the window and then completely forgot about me and my order. He then proceeded to hand me the wrong order and had to correct it. Then proceeded to hand me the wrong order AGAIN! Then the manager came over to inform me that they are out of the hot honey sauce which defeated my whole purpose for the visit and they have signage posted that they DO NOT issue refunds. I will never return to this location again.

This location seriously needs to be shut down. They don’t wear gloves & the staff is extremely nasty. Just ready to argue with customers ( especially the heavy set lady who cooks). Food not fresh, drive thru doesn’t answer, so all customers have to come inside , but no signage notifying the customers.

OMG! You just HAVE To get to the KFC at 61st Lancaster Ave store for their 8 piece special, Drums and Thighs on Tuesdays!! It’s so good and convenient! I bought 16 pieces for my sister’s birthday in Atlantic City and that was definitely a highlight!! What a great neighborhood discovery,and thanks to the hard working staff there!!

absolutely horrible!!! they need to just close down at this point. slow as crap, bad attitude by the female manager like just doing way too much in here! i’m picking up a grubhub order and the order was not ready and the manager didn’t wanna do shit but stand on the other side of the machines and have the guy do everything. holding me up! don’t even hire nobody else just close down at this point!
