We were on a HUNT for a good egg sandwich that actually opens late and we FINALLY found it
The bread was soooo fluffy and soft, the eggs were perfectly cooked — light, creamy, and just melt-in-your-mouth good. Everything tasted fresh and balanced. You can tell they put real care into it.
And the customer service?? So kind, welcoming, and fast. The whole vibe was clean, cute, and aesthetic too.
Definitely coming back. This spot did NOT disappoint.

Stopped by for an after school treat and my kids liked it so much they begged to go back the next day too. All of the sandwiches, donuts, and drinks we tried were great. The staff is very friendly and the decorations are adorable. Highly recommend!

I decided to visit Momo Korean Egg Drop to try the beef bulgogi sandwich after seeing a mention in the Strib. My first impression was that I’d walked into the wrong place because all of the interior signage and displays were given over to the cafe’s alter egos, Bober Tea and Mochi Dough. I was soon directed by the helpful staff to the wall menu/ordering screen that I had missed in the dazzle of their vibrant red/pink/white silky decor. The sandwich was ground meat in a mild, somewhat sweet BBQ sauce, and scrambled eggs on soft, thick, lightly grilled bread slices, and a mild mayo sauce. The food was okay–nothing adventurous here–more soft and sweet than bold or spicy.
