Visited this McDonald’s with my little one for the playground on 2/24/2026 in close to 3 or so. A man outside put on a full ski mask right before entering; highly suspicious behavior that could signal intent to conceal identity for theft or worse. Staff completely ignored it and didn’t enforce removal or call police as permitted under NC’s HB 237 on private property, compromising customer safety. I also swapped my child’s apples for extra fries but never received them, and the cashier claimed no receipt paper, denying app points. This location feels dangerous/unsafe would not recommend bringing children to this location. Will not be returning.

There was no sweet tea only unsweetened. So I settled on a soft drink. All the ratios are off on the soft drink so it’s mostly soda water flavored and not coke or dr. Pepper. Drink comes out pale. I ordered from the kiosk and made sure to put ketchup on the order. Got my food, no ketchup. No access to ketchup in the dining room. Must ask for ketchup at the counter. Couldn’t get to the counter because there was a mob of people who came im right after me. Had to wait to ask for ketchup until I could get someone’s attention.

MOLD on the buns!!
Went through the drive through.
Got home and halfway through found mold on the buns.
They won’t even pick up the phone.

They gave me a chicken biscuit with chicken that wasn’t fresh. I drove back through the line and asked for fresh chicken because the chicken tasted weird I guess they didn’t care that much to drop fresh chicken. My stomach is very sensitive. Not even 5 minutes after I was waiting they came out with another biscuit, that is definitely not fresh.

My fiancé place a mobile order for a “chocolate shake,” and a caramel frappe. When the very quiet, eyes down at the parking lot the ENTIRE time young man with long black hair walks out, he walks out with a chocolate shake that is only chocolate in one spot! We said where’s the frappe? He goes “oh we don’t have any frappes right now so…” I had asked if I can get something else instead, and I get the “what do you want” I said a vanilla milkshake. He then proceeds to walk back in the store and not even a minute later, hands me a VANILLA shake with chocolate in the bottom. I am confused with the lack of knowledge these employees have at this location and how you get one of the more simplistic orders that come your way wrong. VERY DISSATISFIED. Will not be going to this location again.

Me and my husband went here late at night and the service was excellent from everyone and food was good! We honestly thought it was the best tasting McDonald’s we’ve had in a long time! Appreciate workers that are kind and great at customer service! Thank you night shift!

I placed a mobile order via the McDonalds app with the pickup being through the drive-thru. Once I pulled to the menu- board, no responses to me for over 15 minutes. Even after trying to contact that them. What makes matters worst is that the employees were in the parking hanging out and talking by their cars while theres a line wrap around the building of customers waiting. One of the worst experiences Ive had at McDonalds so far.

Drive thru service… This is the second time now that either my kids chicken nuggets or my burger is missing from the bag. Yes, I needed something quick and easy but fries for lunch as a mom of 2 under 2 is NOT it… and every time I’ve tried to call their phone is off the line so I’ve spent money and have no food.

I frequent this McDonalds early in the morning after going to the gym. I usually get something small like a coffee and a hash brown. Imagine my surprise when today the app took my money, confirmed my order, and the 24/7 service advertised and when I pulled up to the drive thru some random employee come out and says “we’re not open til 5”. ?????? When asked what should I do because the app has already taken my money I’m told to “drive off and it will refund me”. I asked if they could just make my soda and hash brown I’d already paid for. Mind you it is 4:42 AM. I’m told again “we don’t open til 5. You can sit here til 5 or pull off”. I’m very confused as I can provide receipts where I’ve definitely received service here prior to 5 am. If you aren’t going to honor the hours you post online, change them. If you’re going to take peoples money via the app, serve them. What a joke. Will not be returning.

I placed an order online with the app on the 25th, the store was closed. I have attempted to call the store every day since then for my refund and NO ONE answers! This is ridiculous as I spent almost 50 dollars in this order I did not get. This is absolutely irresponsible and horrible guest service. I WILL be rasing this issue to corporate as this is STEALING at this point. Horrible location, terrible owner and horrible managers.
