Tyesha was extremely patient and accommodating throughout my experience. I had three separate orders, each with specific details, and even after the orders were completed, I requested additional changes. She remained composed, professional, and amicable at all times, never showing any frustration. The only downside was that the system was temporarily down, so only cash payments were accepted. Nevertheless, Tyesha demonstrated excellent customer service.

Just came through the drive through. Ordered two number 10s. Tacos had maybe an ounce of meet if you’re lucky. The grilled cheese steak burritos the cheese was not grilled. Gave the lady at the drive through my order. Repeated it a new times. Got to the window then was asked again what I wanted to drink. ♂️ never had a grilled cheese burritos no be grilled.

One day they food may be fresh and another one may be cold. I don’t know if it should be called Taco Bell or a restaurant of foods. When you try to do too much, you actually lose focus of your core food values and that used to be tacos. In all the words I can’t really say is good or I cannot say it is bad. It really all determine by the environment and the people working. Also, what food you’re looking for. I don’t recommend going to this place if you’re hungry.

I constantly go to this tacobell but today fir some reason was extremely difficult I ordered the new spicy double steak burrito box combo that I saw online I was told they do not have that item I ordered the beefy 5 layer burrito box with easy beans extra sour cream and nacho cheese n also to grill it but I was told that wasn’t ordered then when I tried to place my order the manager in the back started abruptly starting using profanity and telling the cashier that he needs to hurry up because he is taking to Long with me and that she had already made the order and she kept yelling insults as the cashier tried to help assist me I asked for a refund but didn’t get a response and I was left in the drive way for almost 20 minutes before I received my food. The food was not prepared well everything was thrown together my food was outside of the wraps and it was not prepare how it was supposed to be made I recommend 0 stars for the service Terrible service

Went through the drive-through and Wanda absolutely crushed it; Fantastic customer service at 10:49am. Felt very welcomed, food was delicious, got the limited time chalupa street tacos box with a dirty baja blast and it was so good I had to park and write a review before I went home.

Do Not EVER go here!! I was yelled at in the drive thru like a DOG in front of my child by a second drive thru woman rushing me when I was placing a second order. I went up to the window and I asked for the drive thru workers name and the manager. I was told by the drive thru worker I dont have to give our names!!!I asked for the phone number of the store and I was told I cant give that out!!! Absolutely ABSURD!! I have been going here for 10 years. This particular tacobell already has alot of bad stigmas attached to them and unfortunately all was proven true tonight!! It is 10/22 at 11:57pm.

Where is the beef and the cheese this is nothing like the picture on the board not even close I could scrape all this off and put it on one taco. but then again my taco didn’t have no meat for this might actually help. I made a steak and went back at 8/ 10/25 and it was worse. No ice forgetting items. Maybe hire some quality people to run it
