I went to the KFC location at 5 W 9 Mile Rd, Pensacola, FL 32534. Half of my food was missing and what I did receive was not fresh. It tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp for entirely too long. My bill was $34.02. I called the store and was informed if I come back, I will be given the food I was missing. I went back up to the store only to be shorted AGAIN. The staff was rude too. This is the second time this has happened, so I sent an e-mail to corporate. I received an e-mail back informing me I will be compensated, but I only received a $5.00 gift card. This is unacceptable, so I tried calling the store, no answer. I chose to dispute the transaction with my CCC. I am done with KFC. Terrible quality food and staff is unfriendly.

Tried to charge me $2.76 for a cup of water. Said I had to pay the $2.76 to get the empty cup.
Packs everything as to go even when it’s for here.
Staff doesn’t bother to clean tables after they’ve been used.
Despite the poor service, the bowls are good.

We placed an online order at 6:15 and go thru the drive thru to pick up the food. We finally got to the window at 6:50 and the chicken we received was not very good. The breading was not crispy but soggy. Potatoes were room temp. Not sure what was happening in the store but this service was unacceptable.

Came to this restaurant to get coleslaw, so we could make slaw dogs at home. sat in the drive through for 30 to 45 minutes. Every car took that long. And it looked like there was only 1 or 2 people working there.

Went by here at 1:30pm. It wasn’t that busy. Took over 20 minutes in a drive thru for my food. Absolutely unacceptable. Corporate needs to read this review and handle it. The only reason I stayed in line was because I paid for my food on the app.
Stay away from doing that! It holds you hostage in the drive thru!!! The food came out cold too! Won’t be returning here!!

Drive thru is supposed to be fairly quick, it took me more than 20 minutes to get to window with only about 4 cars in front of me. And then, when I called to see what the hold up was, no one answered. It’s a business for crying out loud.

The food was great. There was about a 15 minute wait but that was fine because the staff was very friendly and kept me up to date. Things happen sometimes to make you run out of chicken but I’ll be honest I was kinda glad because I got it fresh out of the cooker. I’ll for sure be back.

This place is a joke! I don’t understand why the owner allows this place to operate the way it does. Today was our last visit to this place! There was a guy cooking in the kitchen, and the manager told him that he was needed in the front. He obviously didn’t know what he was doing, as our whole order was rung up wrong and we weren’t given what we ordered. The potato wedges that I ordered, were not fresh, they were all dried up and hard. We brought all of this to the manager’s attention and she was very rude and tried to blow us off. The dining room was nasty, all of the tables were dirty. We will be reporting this place to the health inspector and will never go to this location again!

I Went In Here To Pick Up A Door Dash Order Last Night & Was Informed That They Weren’t Worried About Door Dash Or Walk in Customers They Were Only Focusing On The Drive Thru & They Would Get To Me When They Got “Time” Excuse Me But Doesn’t Door Dash Customers Pay You As Well?
