First time ever eating at a Cicis pizza restaurant. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was great for price paid $12.64 for all you can eat salad bar, bread sticks, cheesy bread, pasta with Marinara or Alfredo sauces, pizza of many varieties including vegetable pizza and just cheese pizza, a desert bar with cinnamon twists, apple sauce pizza, or powdered sugar covered brownies. Also for the price all you can drink sodas and 3 different flavors of Tea. They had a game room for the kids as well.

This place is of course a pizza buffet, so don’t expect gourmet oven-fired pizza. But for the price ($4.99 adult all-you-can-eat on Mondays and Tuesdays with an online coupon from the website), it is totally worth it. I had not been to Cici’s Pizza in several years, but it still tasted great! The crust for almost all the slices was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.

I visited today and had a terrible experience. The pizza was out of stock the entire time, so I had to wait for more to be brought out. As I was serving myself a salad, the employee I believe is named Jose told me, “You can’t eat without paying.” I told him I had paid, but he kept accusing me of not paying and that I had sneaked in. He asked for a receipt, which i refused to show because he was the one who rung me up in the first place, so he asked me how much I had paid. He let me go after that. My experience felt very unprofessional and racially profiled. I hope to get an apology and a refund for this experience.

I came in yesterday night my boyfriend paid for me and him I only ate 2 slices of pizza and left. A group of about 15 teenagers were taking the whole pizza to their table everytime pizza was being put out or desserts they kept taking everything so no food was out anymore and laughing like it’s funny on purpose.They didn’t even eat what they had and kept getting more. Also pushing each other like they are in a football match unacceptable. The staff did nothing about it. They should have gotten kicked out. they also took all the cinnamon rolls on 3 plates and took it to their table like that is selfish if they want to eat like that go to a restaurant or order pizza somewhere else. My birthday dinner was ruined.

Cicis had an online special for $5, and during this inflation our economy is in, that’s an amazing deal so decided to check it out since it’s been yearrsss. Pizza definitely has been upgraded and it wasn’t as dry as it used to be back in the day. They had good variety and new batches came often. A few slices that did sit unouched for a while did taste somewhat dry so try the fresher pizzas. Dessert was great too which includes the cinnamon buns and brownies. I’m not sure how long the promotion will last but even if it’s done the regular price is $8.50 (without a drink) so I’ll definitely be back.

Went to this restaurant around 5 pm during the rush hour a while back and all I can say is the employees are very friendly and the pizza buffet was super delicious and tasty. The whole restaurant was clean including the restrooms which were super clean. The pizza was made fresh and hot and the employees seem to be hardworking and enjoying their work which is rare nowadays in restaurants and fast food places. Will be visiting this location more often as it’s food is great for the value and is family friendly. The cinnamon rolls and brownies are made just perfectly and super sweet and best part to end an awesome meal that will leave you full.

The guy at the front said they don’t accept CiCis gift cards at this location. Either he didn’t know how to do it or he’s lying. I used it at other CiCis just fine but this one doesn’t. He didn’t even try. Really bad service and attitude.
