After standing at the counter for 10 minutes, not greeted or even looked at. Someone finally walked up. I placed my order of Boneless wings and things. I have always got the boneless wings sauced without issues. Well they said they couldn’t do that first, she then told the cook that it is rang up on the side but please sauce the wings. Once my order was called I went up and she said the manager said they couldn’t do that to the boneless wings. It’s amazing that every other Zaxbys can but this can’t? So I sat down to eat, took the first bite and bam, hard as rock, Luke warm and you can just taste that it had been cooked a while ago. The drink station was disgusting, the bathrooms were disgusting. Management is lacking in this place.

I got two bottom buns on my chicken sandwich ☹️ and take a look at the tomato and lettuce they put on it. What a joke.

I came through the drive through today first off the lady who took my order was very pleasant! She was a blonde girl with a ponytail didn’t catch her name but this was the hottest and fastest service I have ever received going to any zaxbys ever 10/10 place will return!

I went to this place twice, the chicken wings were horrible..it was salty with no taste. It didn’t taste fresh at all. The second time I went there was to see if this was a normal thing…same thing, chicken didn’t taste fresh. I won’t be coming back to that Zaxby’s.

Waited in the drive thru for ten minutes while a young lady stood outside that was so supposed to take orders. Watched her talk on the phone. After she got off the phone, I still wasn’t helped. She then later came up and asked for my order. No true customer service. I had to ask her how she was doing? However the young lady at the window was nice and the food came out quick. I gave three stars because of the young lady at the drive thru window. Bring back customer service skills.

My Review for this Zaxbys used to be 5 stars. But I have revisited my review to change what I thought of the dining portion of the restaurant.
As I was sitting at a table enjoying my meal, a worker comes out to the floor just before 5:30 spraying off different tables and wiping them off. Along with the chairs/benches of those tables before moving to the next table. I know that the spray was some sort of cleaning solution. But I think that the towels need to be changed out depending on if your cleaning the tables or the chairs. I’d hate to see what kind of bacteria is on the tables.
The food chicken finger plate that I ate was good. But I am not unsure of the cleanliness of the restaurant to recommend it to other people

Worst Zaxby’s. I ordered curbside & put my space number in. 15 minutes went by nobody came. I went to the drive thru and the young lady told me to go to curb said they will bring it. 15 minutes went by nobody came! I went inside just to have my food on the rack. I got home to open my food this what I open up to. My food was cold. Barely any fries & the tender looks bitten.

Sharrese Anderson, I believe I was the car behind you and wanted to address your review. From what I remember, the girl’s name was Melinda, and she was very sweet, helping me with my order. She wasn’t on the phone; she was talking through her headset, likely about orders. When you drove past her, she probably thought you were there for a mobile order. Ignoring her while she was trying to assist you seems unfair. It’s unprofessional to write such a negative review when the situation was misunderstood. My food came out quickly, and I can only say positive things about the other young lady at the window, Chasity. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh, hot food and excellent customer service.
