I got about 3/4 or less of what I feel like I should have in my sundae I ordered today. For the price, I feel like they should at least fill the cup up with ice cream! Every time I go to the Sonic I have people come to my car asking for money as well.

If I could leave a 0 star writing I could. We came here for a specific pickle fry. When ordering they LIED to one of the members in our party about not having a product. I then went on my app and ordered TWO of them. Then, when we ordered the same one through the speaker but a woman ordered and they changed us for them. They Continued to give us the wrong thing. Absolute garbage service.

It’s was ok. This used to be the best Sonic in town until they turned me into a worker and my van into a kitchen ♀️ I ordered a strawberry lemonade and didn’t get one. When I called back they came and told me they put strawberries and when I showed them they were wrong they sent out a side of strawberries ♀️ ♀️ So of course the strawberry sauce spilled all over and made a mess cuz it was over filled. ♀️ I’m not an employee ♀️ My van isn’t the kitchen Thanks for the stains and sticky van ♀️ ♀️ It wasn’t even enough strawberry sauce ♀️ ♀️

I just got off work and was in the mood for a burger tots a drink and a shake. I was told it was 19$ and change, I pulled up to the window and gave them 18$ in cash and the rest in the card. The girl at the window was confused and told me one moment she was talking with her co-workers and manager, I saw them making my food and bringing it to the window. I waited for 10mins just for them to say they can’t take cash and card it has to be one or the other, so I left, I shouldn’t have to wait 10 mins for a simple ‘we can’t take the cash and card it has to be one or the other. I am very disappointed and a waste of my time.

Pulled up to the window and saw a sonic employee eating cherries. Ordered a Mocha Crunch blast and there were no chocolate chips on top. When I asked if I could get some, like the advertisement shows, the employee told me “we dont make it like that anymore.” Got it home and it was half mocha half vanilla ice cream. Chicken was dry and the sauce tasted off. Didnt give us napkins. Lots of little things were wrong but they add up. This location used to be the only good one in town but they’ve officially lost my business for good.

Definitely need to play music at this location….. Maybe some oldies? You also need to talk to the staff on how to make a proper green chili cheeseburger! I love the green chili cheeseburgers but the only thing that makes the whole experience bad is the bread is soggy! They could be spicier too considering that this is New Mexico.

Waiting 30 minutes for someone to answer the button. Watching cars being helped after the 30 minutes I went to the door and asked if anyone was going to take my order. They look at me like I was stupid. Been going to Sonic for over 20 yrs. I never had an experience like that. Even the Manager was rude she was more worried about the dive though the customer was sitting out in the lot . I was not the only one that left. 7 other car’s left before me. I wouldn’t recommend this Sonic to no one.

Sonic, if you haven’t been there before (where have you been?), remembers the old drive-in burger places, where servers came out in roller skates to take your order. It’s modernized now – you order from a screen – but the food is good, the milkshakes are thick and large, and the service fast.

We ordered 2 Green Chilie cheese burgers and they charged three burgers we didn’t asked for three burgers! The Manger needs to tell employees to listen their coustmaoters ordered! Services has gotten really bad and their French fries are not good at all! Their service has gotten really bad! French Fries are very tasteless!!!!!!
