I walked in with a large lunch order on a Saturday. They were not busy at all and I was able to go directly to the counter. The young man took my order correctly, the back cooked and filled my order correctly and then the young man went out of his way to get a box for me to put my bags in.

Pleasant counter people today. All the tables were clean, even if the chairs were not. The bathroom is clean, and the music is pleasantly 70s funk and soul. My meal was good. The new pulled pork with sweet sauce was juicy… kinda like the stuff you get in the supermarket, but better.

I went to Arby’s and ordered the French Dip — you know, the one that literally comes with dipping sauce as the whole point of the sandwich? Well, these fools handed me the bag without the au jus. No dipping sauce. Nothing. Just dry meat and bread. I didn’t realize until I got all the way home. Completely ruined the meal.

This is the worst Arby’s I have ever been to. I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich and I was informed that they were out of the sauce they put on the sandwich. When I got the sandwich they had only put a drop of cheddar cheese on the sandwich. We had asked for Arby’s sauce and was informed all we could get was 3 packs because they were low. We had ordered 3 sandwiches. When we got the food we asked if we could get more than 3 packs of sauce, the cashier rudely informed us she wasn’t going to give us anymore sauce because she had gave us 6 packs. The food wasn’t good and the cashier was very rude. I would not recommend going to this Arby’s.
