The story of La Marsa Mediterranean Cuisine began in 2006 when three friends—Adel, Fadhel, and Mo—came together with a shared vision: to bring healthy, delicious Mediterranean food to the Southeast Michigan community. Their commitment to offering authentic flavors in a welcoming atmosphere of Mediterranean hospitality has helped La Marsa grow into one of the most beloved local dining destinations. Today, La Marsa is proud to have expanded to 15 locations across Southeast Michigan, offering customers a wide range of fresh, flavorful Mediterranean dishes. Fre was our waitress and she is one of the friendliest and most welcoming people you will meet. She set the tone the moment we sat down and checked on us throughout the visit with genuine care.
I also met the owner and the manager and both were just as warm. You can feel how much pride they have in the restaurant and the experience they create for every guest.
The food is very authentic and full of flavor. Everything came out fast. Our meals were at the table in under 10 minutes and nothing tasted rushed. Dessert service was quick and just as good.
Fre stayed attentive from start to finish and made the entire visit even better.
Highly recommend La Marsa in Troy. This place deserves every star.

My go to place for delicious Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food. I have eaten here dozens of times and each time the food and service was exceptional. You cannot go wrong with the food – the bread is baked on site, the entrees are grilled perfectly, the salads and vegetables are fresh. Service befits the great food – attentive, personable and helpful. The dining room itself is always immaculate, comfortable and not as loud as many modern restaurants tend to be. It’s also great for carryout. I used to live close by but now that I am a ways away I still make time to eat here often. Excellent restaurant.

I’m not an expert in middle Eastern food, but I’ve had an amazing experience at La Marsa.
Food is amazing. I’m familiar with middle Eastern dishes, but the ones I’ve had a chance to try here were superb. Full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Perfectly seasoned. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I was tasked with planning our holiday party for work. I was given a few other suggestions for lunch but for the price, the food quality, and with options for everyone, I chose La Marsa. The food was great as always, with decent portions, and all the staff loved it. I preordered our lunches and everything was ready in time. No pictures because we were too busy eating!

Our sister was visiting from NYC and we decided to have a delicious meal at one of our favorite local popular Mediterranean cuisine. The service, ambience and food is always really good. I didn’t give 5 stars of the food because we asked for 8 WD lamb chops but a few were cooked more on the medium side. Other than that, no complaints.

The lamb sautéed is the bomb! So good. Everything was cooked perfectly. Nothing beats the garlic sauce and fresh hot pita. Fatoosh salad was fresh. Lentil soup is always amazing. Great dinner. Ample seating and parking.

We been coming here for a long time. Our server Abe has been taking really good care of us. Just renewed heard he’s been promoted to management yet he still took care of us which made us really happy. Hes very humble and didn’t let his title get ahead of him. So the food is very good here. The lamb chops are our favorite as well the lamb chili. One thing we love about this place is they’re consistent. They probably had one off day in the last 5 years but they’re always spot on. The garlic butter is to die for. They are a little pricey!

If you’re looking for superb quality Lebanese food. Then you need to eat at La Marsa. Out of every Lebanese restaurant I’ve tried in the metro Detroit area. The La Marsa Chain is in my opinion the gold standard of local Detroit Lebanese food. The Troy location is fantastic just like the other La Marsa locations around the Detroit area.
