Our first time here and we had a wonderful meal. It is nice inside, inviting atmosphere, clean and well kept up. It was conveniently located, just a few minutes from the Tsongas Arena where we went that day. Easy off-street parking. Big size portions, flavorful (though you can tell some things are premade and brought in) and the presentation is nice, it has that “Sunday dinner” vibe. Everything was very good. They have a few options for desert so it makes it easy for most to find something they like. The staff is attentive and accommodating. They offer online orders and digital gift cards, which is super convenient. Would definitely eat here again the next time we’re in town!

This was our first time visiting and it did not disappoint. Absolutely amazing waitress JULIE so welcoming and spent time talking to us and answering all our questions. She was kind and continued to check in making sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Serving size was more than enough making it easy to take home seconds. Prices could not be beat a dinner for two well under what we have payed other places so that leaves more to share as tip and appreciation. We will be back.

Mama’s Italian restaurant in Dracut Massachusetts was a huge disappointment. I ordered a meatball sub to go. I asked if they had banana peppers and they said, “yes”. I added banana peppers, onions and extra sauce on the side toasted. Checked the sub before leaving and they hadn’t put the sauce on the side. I asked them to remake the sub.
I thought that they would make me a new sub but it looked like they just scraped off the top layer of sauce and cheese. Now that sauce and cheese had been scraped off I could see that they put green peppers not banana peppers. They asked if I wanted them to make the sub a third time. I said, “NO” and asked for a refund.
This $19.26 sub had made me lose my appetite. The sub was $11.99 then they charged me $1.50 for onions $1.50 for peppers and $3.00 for extra sauce.
I did not think that making a meatball sub would be so difficult for a restaurant claiming to be an Italian restaurant but Mama’s Italian restaurant failed miserably.
I do not recommend ordering food from Mama’s Italian restaurant in Dracut Ma.

This restaurant has some of the best authentic Italian food similar to the meals you’d get going to the North End in Boston. I highly highly recommend it to anyone looking for great tasting food with large portions.

Fantastic place to eat! The food was wonderful, though a bit lacking on the presentation, though I don’t care too much about that sort of thing especially with how good it tasted. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the prices were very fair.

This place is a great option for affordable Italian food. I tried for the first time was craving some home style cooking but didn’t wanna cook myself. I got the chicken parm it was nothing fancy, just some chicken tenders with sauce and cheese — but it hit the spot. I also saw they do fried chicken dinners, so I will have to try that next time. This place is also 5 min drive away from UMass Lowell north campus and is a good spot for college students to get a meal without breaking the bank.

First time there and I loved it the red sauce for the meatballs was one of the best that I’ve had in years just delicious everything was so good
the minestrone soup was fresh the broccoli was not soggy it was nice and crisp
I wish I could give it six stars the staff was very friendly

The Food was really Good and tasty.
The Service by the waitresses was polite and courteous.
The Atmosphere seemed nice but I didn’t get to dine-in, due to being in a rush. I stopped in real quick to get a sausage sandwich which on the menu says $10.99
That’s ok I guess but if you take it to go instead of sitting down, the fries are sold separately which brought the sandwich and fries up to $20.00+tax and I tipped.
