I just left Sonic at 3:30pm after working all day without eating. I ordered the #8 chicken combo w/ cheddr peppers & an ocean water with nerds/extra nerds. While waiting for my food I tasted my drink- no nerds& no taste at all, so I asked if they could just dump it and swap it to Sprite.
Then, she handed me a bag and I left. When I was almost home I realized it was only Monzarella sticks- which I didnt order & drink i didn’t get.. So I paid 14$ for 5 sticks I didnt want. I wanted to turn around but the line was super long, I had to pick my daughter up & I paid in cash and no receipt was given. Granted, the cashier was very polite and it looked short staffed. However I was starving and felt like I wasted money on nothing.

Horrible! Waited 20 min for order and food was cold or missing. After pressing button to report cold food, they refused to answer and I left after 10 min and button still ringing. Called corporate 3 times in over a week and all they offered was a n add on item but would not refund for cold and missing food! Will never go to this location again and possibly any other locations. Zero care for any customer service!

I read your cut and paste response! I have called with no corporate supervisor response! Please just shut down and let some other company use that spot and provide customer service!

This location was ok. Plenty open spots to place your order. Love all the options. Good service. My son’s chicken sandwich was not good, the chicken was hard and way too much mayonnaise just thrown on it. My cheese burger was made kind of sloppy, not a ton of lettuce and barley any ketchup on the sandwich (we did ask for extra ketchup) so that solved the problem. My husbands bun wasn’t warm, it was as it was sitting around for a while. The slushies were good. Not sure id come back to this location.

Went through the drive thru to order food and a milk shake. Waited 14 minutes at the speaker box only to be told they didn’t have the food I wanted, and they “had no ice cream.” I doubted this… I ended up leaving the drive thru line and door dashing it instead. Miraculously, they had the food and the Milkshake I wanted. Food I got via DoorDash was delicious but being lied to in the drive thru put a bad taste in my mouth.

Sandra was the person taking orders. Her customer service was extremely poor. She was rude to my family and several other families we overheard ordering. The other two families left after their interactions with her. A detailed complaint has been submitted with corporate.

Horrible. Waited at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes. No answer. Pulled to a stall and saw this. 3 workers- the only workers. Sitting and not doing anything. They had me in the drive thru, and 4 others in stalls. Just sitting.. eating.. VAPING. completely unprofessional. Horrible service. Fire them!!

I don’t know why I continue to give them a chance when I order from this store on DoorDash. They NEVER include any sauces that you order. And they NEVER get your order right. And tonight I got a lovely dirty lid for my drink. There is no chocolate in the shake that I ordered so I’d really like to know what’s on the lid.
