Good food. Made quickly and fresh. Great staff. One particular older lady that took our order and gave us the food was very nice. Didn’t get her name but she even made the effort to walk out the building to wave as we were getting in our car. Clean facility but never used the bathroom so cant comment on that. Would come back to this location

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. Every time I come here, there’s always an issue with getting sauces because my item “doesn’t require it,” so I ALWAYS offer to pay. But today was the worst — they had no sauces at all. How is that even possible?

On top of that, they made me wait outside for my order. I stood there waiting, only for a girl to finally come out and tell me that actually, they do have sauces—but that I needed to get back in line. Absolutely not. I told her, “No ma’am, I’ve been waiting, and I am a customer just like everyone else. This is not right.”

After waiting in line, waiting outside, and being given conflicting information, I honestly wish I had just canceled my order. The sauce is a big part of why I even come here, and the service today was frustrating, unorganized, and completely unacceptable. Do better.

The Jack in the Box at 2500 W Irving Blvd, Irving, TX, was a disappointing experience. The service was slow despite it not being busy, The food was prepared correctly, and it tasted fine, though nothing exceptional. and the staff seemed uninterested . The dining area was mostly clean, though it could use a little more attention. It’s an okay spot for a quick meal, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both speed and atmosphere.

Now I know why she didn’t give me my receipt . I tried calling and no one would answer the phone. VM was full. This review is on the uncooked, disgusting wings, Ice coffee and curly fries. There is something in the center of the wing, that’s black. I don’t know what it is but, my son said it looks like a rat tail, worm or something. I personally don’t know what the heck it is. I looked over some reviews and I wasn’t the only one with a surprise at the center of the wing. google pic this nasty wing. The search results showed pictures of worms , wings from jack,Good and bad pics of People eating these wings . I did smell and taste a piece of the crust before I saw the middle. It tasted like it smelled. Cold and a little warm, Garlic with Parmesan but with nasty curly fries grease. Don’t get the wings. I also wanted a drink called boba. It had these little balls in it. But the cashier told me the bobas were nasty and the balls tasted like plastic. So, I got an iced coffee. Well ,the coffee tasted like perfume. My curly fries were ok but I couldn’t eat them. I spent $18 .

You never get the order right, I literally just left this place and ordered something and simply had the substitution for chicken, my sandwich just had a bunch of lettuce and the chicken Patty missing the bacon that comes with it tomatoes and all, didn’t even get the fries and ordered combo. This has happened so many times and I don’t know why I keep giving them another chance. 10 people working inside and my order has never been correct and yes I’ve worked fast food for many years and it’s the easiest job. Don’t know how you can mess it up every single time jesus. Funny thing I even paid extra for the sub chicken.

Seriously 5 small fries for $4? Please do better… lady at the front got my order wrong 3 times! I repeated the order to her at least 4 times! But since she wants to be talking to everyone instead of doing her job right, she kept getting the order wrong. She just kept saying “you should of told me”, like YES I did! Several times, it is not my fault she was not paying attention.

They are always in a rush to get you out of the line and end up forgetting part of your order. I tried calling the number to tell them the forgot something on my order and I just keep getting a recording saying they’re unavailable???? So now I’m at work with part on my order missing and they’re not answering their phone..

I have been coming to this store for almost 3 years but today with that tall lady or man… Took almost 1 hour more just to serve.. She or he was on the phone and not paying attention to any drive-thru! We waited for a long time..and the tall lady/man still had no response…i understand there was only one employee.. But she/he focus was on totally phone that’s shame..making waiting for customers no reason…i wish my review will fire her or at least get wasrbing . I was trying take her picture while she/he was on phone with laugh but I could..bt I took the picture of employee..car parking outside so team can figure out how
/she was just alone working today…
