If I could give this place negative stars… I would. Giving them one is too many! I ordered my normal… Two Filet-O-Fish an unsweetened iced tea. First, they gave me sweetened tea. Then I look at my first Filet-O-Fish. It has half a piece of cheese on it. I look at the second one… It also has a half a piece of cheese on it. I went to the counter and said these are supposed to have a whole piece of cheese. Very rude… The lady at the counter said, “no they don’t”. I said I have been eating Filet-O-Fish sandwiches for 50 years. They come with a full piece of cheese. She said abruptly, “I have worked here for 15 years Filet-O-Fish sandwiches never had a full piece of cheese”. Then I showed her the picture of a Filet-O-Fish on poster in the window… Clearly seeing it was a full piece of cheese. She said, “no that is a half piece of cheese”. Obviously she forgot her glasses… Or saw she was caught in a fib. Either way, a good manager would have said, “let me check on that” or “let me get you another half piece of cheese”.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never go back to this McDonald’s!

Everything was as you would think with a McDonald’s fast food restaurant. Except the drive-thru speaker. We had a hard time hearing or talking with the staff. I don’t this for a living and that speaker needs to be fixed.
The fries were a bit on the salty side. Tasted like they used a whole shaker on them.

So I was robbed here on 03/04. I used my points to add an item to my order, paid with the mcD app. Get to the window and the lady wants me to pay again! She couldnt figure out what she was doing, argued with me, got the manager over who then ALSO argued with me that that’s not how the app works. I come here twice a week for work, I know how the app works. Refused to make it right, eventually called some guy over who said “the apps not working too bad”. Forced me to BUY MY FOOD A 2ND TIME. Made me late to work with cold food all because they cant admit when they are wrong, ive never had such bad customer service and will be calling corporate, no one steals from me and makes ME feel bad about it. They didnt even ring it up correctly the 2nd time and charged me MORE. As if it wouldn’t show in my statement that someone was ripping me off.

Average McDonald’s location. The only negative was the lack of service. Waiting for 20+ minutes for one breakfast sandwich and a hi-c drink is unacceptable at 9:00 am on a Saturday. The employees were more attentive to the drive through window and neglected the customers waiting inside in the waiting area.

Stopped in this location after spending the night at the rest area located right next to it. Couldn’t ask for a better location after waking up and ready for that cup of joe. Location wasn’t super busy at 7am, which was nice. Ordered from the kiosk. The food and coffee was immediately ready and service was friendly. Thanks for the use of the free Wi-Fi while chilling for a few.

I can’t believe this is what McDonald’s is serving as a Quarter Pounder meal. I paid over $10 and what I got was a sad excuse for a burger—with no cheese, completely burnt patty, and a bitter taste that ruined the whole thing. How does something like this even leave the kitchen? Absolutely unacceptable. McDonald’s, you need to do better.

Need to fix their hours of operation on google. Says they’re a 24 hours McDonald’s. I arrive there at 12am and their drive through screen is off and all doors are locked. There were 2 cars in the parking lot however. Not sure what good those employees were doing if they were in fact in the building since both doors to enter were locked and drive through screen was off.
