Drive though sign lights broken. Cashier took 9 minutes of the order in front of us, turns out they paid less than us, 4 items. No states, no napkins, dirty, sketchy neighborhood. Ba guy came in to use the restroom. Doors were locked. He got the key. Had to wash his hands on the soda machine Bessie it was filthy and the water didn’t work. Soda machines no screen over it, so it was dirty, didn’t know where to place your cup. What a damn mess. Probably shipment way the food honestly.

Average 20 minute wait time whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. I can’t go there anymore for lunch because it takes so long. They often forget stuff. Things like straws and ketchup are never replenished. Staff is always very nice though, so as a manager I feel bad for them. This is an issue of being understaffed. I will not return as this is my fourth time having my order take over 15 minutes, usually 20 minutes. Also every time I go it is for one person.

Made me wait fifteen minutes for one biggie bag and a crispy chicken sandwich just because I asked for the food to be fresh because every time I go the food is cold. Highly unsatisfied the only thing that made me rate 3 stars was the fact the cashier gave us a frosty and fries for the inconvenience.

I have been coming to Wendy’s for years. I mean years. Probably 35-40 or so.
This Wendy’s hasn’t ‘stepped up’ yet.
I’ve eaten here probably 5-10 times. Always on Sunday between 10:30 and 11:30
Most of the time the burgers are not cooked fresh and this time my order was totally wrong. I always have a Dave’s double without Ketchup. Usually the meal. This time I got ketchup on my burger. I don’t like a sweet burger and ketchup makes a burger messy.
It appears every time I eat here, there is always something going wrong with the experience.

Perfectly good fast food. They have some nice burger options and their nuggets and fries are pretty good. Only complaint is the barbecue sauce isn’t to my taste.

I tried to use my Wendy’s App to get $2.00 off any premium combos. Unfortunately, there’s no wifi available to get my cellphone to process a code. Therefore, I paid $13.15 for the combo. The fries looked old and not fresh. The Famous Daves double cheeseburger was just okay. It was definitely not worth the price.

My experience at Wendy’s was an absolute disaster. The place was practically empty, yet the staff moved at a painfully slow pace like there was a line out the door. One customer sat in the drive-thru so long they finally gave up and came inside — and still had to keep waiting. That tells you everything you need to know about how poorly this location is run.
To make it worse, every single syrup machine was empty. Not one. When you can’t even keep drink machines stocked in a slow store, that’s just straight negligence. The whole place felt unorganized, careless, and completely mismanaged. If you’re expecting fast food to actually be fast — or even functional — lower your expectations.

First got charged a Single when asked for a Double and then said No Tomato and got Tomato, like come on, I was the only person in line at the time. Cashier was nice but i had to repeat my order and it was still wrong.

The line here is always long so get ready to wait ( guess because of the location ) not sure
Anyways it’s hit or miss some times you get the right order sometimes you don’t But it’s definitely faster than the McDonald’s on the other side of the freeway

The young adults who were working the Night Shift here were awesome! I find that most fast food places will close their drive-through down 15 minutes before official closing hours, but these kids stayed open and were on it efficient friendly fast and they all deserve raises!! I’ve been to many Wendy’s and they were outstanding.
