Very nice and the food was very good too. Its a bit pricey and it would have been nice if our waitress would have been more attentive. She started out well and progressively became worse as our meal progressed and once we had left the $40 tip that she really didn’t deserve; she disappeared and we had to ask another server for assistance with a bag to carry to go boxes.

Fantastic find! In town for my aunt’s funeral. After an 8 hour drive from Pennsylvania, I’m so glad we lucked out with this place. Unassuming, very clean, great service (shout-out to our server McKenzie!) and best prime food! Highly recommend the prime rib special and key lime pie for dessert. Good food soothes the soul!

Really great service. Family friendly. Didn’t have to wait too long for a table on a Saturday night. Food was fantastic. Steak perfectly grilled. We never felt rushed to finish our meal and we enjoyed the evening. Chocolate creme brulee was delish! Will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I are on a business trip and wanted to try some local restaurants. We checked out the reviews for here and thought we would give it a try. Omg! Best decision! The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and seasoned to perfection! The white chocolate crème burlee was perfect.

The food here was top notch! I ate here twice last week. I had the crab one night and the steak medallions the other night. They were both cooked to perfection. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely be eating there again.

This establishment is very well run. The bar manager is excellent. We sat on the “bar” side during lunch and the service was superb. Grill584’s salad bar has much to offer and is beautifully displayed.
During lunch the atmosphere is pretty casual with a more formal air in the evening.

Pleasantly surprised! Ate there 3 times during a 4 day stay at the Best Western. Our first waitress was amazing! The food is delicious and plated/served perfectly. Prices are very fair. Shared photos of 2 apps: the hummus plate and spin dip, as well as 2 meals: the Alfredo with chicken was a lunch special, a side of broccoli was mixed in, the Alfredo was not too oily or heavy. The other is a chicken stir fry with teriyaki, squash and broccoli. Wish it was a chain! Highly recommend!

Food was good but service was absolutely horrible. From the moment we sat down our server, Christine, acted like she hated us and we were the biggest inconvenience. She yelled ‘what’ across the table to one of my family members.. when they weren’t speaking to her. She made us pass out our own bread. No I don’t mean taking the bread out of the basket, but handed myself all three baskets stacked on top of each other and said “pass them down” (did not ask and definitely did not see please). Forgot one person’s drink (twice) and someone’s salad bar plate. Demanded that we pass up the menus to her when we were done ordering (we had three people at this table who work in the service industry, we were going to pass the menus up but it was as if she was too lazy to walk around and get them as she once again demanded they be passed up to her). Then to get hit with automatic 20% was infuriating. She couldn’t even deliver the checks to us, nor did she do our payments, someone else did them for her, so we did not see her again after getting our food. We tried to tell management afterwards but were told by the hosts they were busy (understandable). Finally we were able to speak to a woman (I believe she was a manager) but obviously didn’t care. I work in service, I know you don’t care, but your job is to act like it and convince me you do. We were finally able to speak to another manager who was very nice but unfortunately he did not make up for our servers rudeness and disdain for our table. Our family celebrates Christmas here every year but we will not be going back next year because of her.
