Staff seemed like they were having a bad day and had an unfriendly look on their face. One employee took so long in the bathroom that female customers had to use the men’s bathrooms. The Burrito I had ordered was wrapped sloppy and didn’t hold all the ingredients in. It kind of just went pleh and fell apart. Had customers inside sitting in chairs they turned the lights off put a sign on the door that said Power out but had the drive through going but the doors were locked. This isn’t the first time I have seen this happen at that location.

Staff were curt and unfriendly at this location. The place was generally clean, hot sauces are available at the counter without having to ask. That’s a bonus in this day and age. I had three snack tacos. Not bad for a buck twenty nine each. Typical slight on meat loads of lettuce and a small top of grated cheese. It’s fast food. Nothing spectacular but at least it was hot, prepared when ordered and cheap.

My family and I are locals and have been going to this Del Taco since 2012. We have never had such a bad experience until yesterday. We ordered steak burrito, chicken burrito meal and chicken quesadilla meal. A young boy took our order. They charged us for one steak burrito, chicken burrito meal, and beef burrito meal. When we told the staff about it they got super angry at us and behaved very rude and aggressively gave us the chicken quesadilla butt refused to refund us the difference saying that we ordered the beef burrito when we didn’t! We ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was a female employee who acted very aggressively and nasty towards because we simply wanted to be charged the correct amount of money. The tall and over weight female employee aggressively asked “what’s the problem” and kept rolling her eyes and saying smart remarks also lying about what we did and didn’t order. Do not eat here unless you want to be over charged and eat nasty quality food. This entire situation made my daughter and grandson so uncomfortable! They’re always super cheap with the amount of meat too! The burritos are soggy to the point the tortilla ripped from the amount of fluid. Yuck! I have worked at restaurants before and this is not how you address nor handle customers who come to you with a complaint. Super unprofessional and disgusting food. We have the receipt for what we were over charged will be submitting a complaint to corporate!

Stopped by here on the way out of town. It was a pretty busy location but I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. I’ve always had consistent food from Del Taco and this was the same. Not great, but what I expected for the price. Pretty good view from the drive through too.

Went there for lunch today. It was horrible. I don’t know how you can mess up a chicken quesadilla and a bean and rice burrito, but the new cook managed to make the food so horrible I will never go there again. Especially when Jimboys is right around the corner!! I am so disappointed with this del taco. Avoid the Northtown location. I feel sick to my stomach!

This is an easy to spot location on a hill so it tends to stay busy but it doesn’t get too backed up. Food can be a little inconsistent but is generally really good. There are good values to be had here especially using offers in the app and the Tuesday and Thursday specials.
