The hometown McD’s dropping the ball yet again.
Ordered my breakfast bagel with EXTRA breakfast sauce, got NO breakfast sauce on my sandwhich. Granted, it is a very modified order, but still, why order extra when they’re not even going to add it on there in the first place?
Not to mention, when I visit on my lunch breaks, I’m one of the select few that has to wait over half my lunch break for them to bring my food to me; just for them to forget to bring out my drink! I know it gets super busy around lunch and all, but a meal usually has a drink with it!
It’s starting to seem like every time I come to this location, they find some way to mess up the order, either by forgetting something entirely, or messing it up in general.

Well deserved 1 star. Food is okay here but the atmosphere and stuff..
Let’s start with the fact that the company is greedy and as any other American corporation they would do anything to improve their income. Therefore, this location would charge you $0.27 cents for sauce. For a sauce. If you drive 1 mile up north, you can get that for free.
Tables are dirty and sticky. Restroom is very dirty. No sanitizer to clean table myself (Yes, I am doing that, it is not okay to eat at the dirty table) as well as no napkins. Stuff seems like walking with extremely unhappy faces and I can kind of understand them. but there is a huge “BUT” here. We, people who work at such places, make them happier and nicer. Despite this money loving corporation they should smile a bit more.
Not recommended at all, if only very needed to get some quick food.

Went through drive thru. Told to pull around to a spot. 5 minutes pass and an employee brings out bags and gives to another car that had pulled up. Another 10 minutes, still waiting. Done with waiting, we pulled back up to the speaker and were told the manager would come out. Went back to wait in the spot. Someone who didn’t have a uniform or anything came out, walked up to us, said she’s theanager and told us she saw the guy bring our stuff out. Oh, then the employee who gave the things to the car next to me didn’t verify the order and that was MY FOOD they handed off to someone else. Manager asked the order again, went back inside. 8 minutes later employee brings the food out. Sauce for the chicken nuggets was wrong. I made it very clear I wanted buffalo, got BBQ instead. And had also ordered a 4b, which is a spicy version of a sandwich, and asked no pickle. Instead of what I wanted, I got a sandwich without the spicy sauce, and they had put pickles on when I specified otherwise. Apparently not only are the employees dumb, but management is stupid as well.

As a local native, I have been coming to this location for over 3 decades. The place is always busy. Service and food are consistent.
My go to sandwich is the crispy sandwich deluxe.
I went before noon so only the drive through was open. Plenty of seating inside.
Updated self serve kiosks and refreshment fountain.

I am very disappointed with the service. There were no customers, yet I still had to wait a very long time. The service was extremely slow and unorganized. I expected much better efficiency and respect for customers’ time. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and not satisfactory at all

Went here on February 21st with a group of 12. Sign outside stated that the place closed at 11pm. We arrived at 9pm. When we got inside we ordered VIA self kiosks. We put our tables number in and there is no point if they are just gonna yell our table number from the counter. The front counter guy was showing many signs of unfriendliness. At 9:45pm the guy from the front counter came and said “MCDONALDS IS CLOSED” Clearly their sign said they didn’t close till 11pm. Change the hours on the sign or hire more staff to stay till 11pm. We were trying to finish our meals when he came again and said “WE ARE CLOSED” as another guy was already cleaning the dining room an hour before they were supposed closed. Terrible work McDonald’s

I know that right now there is a lot of new workers or that maybe there might not even be enough workers, but this literally made me gag as I got to the middle of my order today. This isn’t even the first time it’s happened to me. Both patties were very pink in the middle It’s too cold to be going back and forth and requesting something be done about this. You can see in a lot of reviews now too for this specific McDonald’s people arent happy. I don’t think I’ll be coming back, I’ll make the drive to the one in Saint Charles even though the tax there is higher.

MOBILE ORDER CUSTOMERS ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT AND PULL AROUND, STAFF IS ARROGANT!
This has happened 6/8 last times, Ordered 2 hamburgers and some fries in advance, told to pull into handicap parking and continue to wait for 5 minutes while countless cars come and go.
I don’t understand what the problem is but If your tech savvy and like to use food apps I would stay away from this particular location
