Settled for chipotle wanted taco bell. Best decision I made all night. This was easily the fattest chipotle I’ve ever ordered. I got tacos and a bowl, it was loaded up. Thank you to whoever was working the night of 2/11/2025. Every time I’ve gone to this location I’ve been happy.

Bad service from all the employees on the night shift on 02/18/2026 This isn’t the first time this has happened. There were about 4 customers, and it took them about 20 minutes to process one customer’s payment and finish serving another customer who wanted chicken, just because they didn’t have it ready. Not talk about how dirty the area around the food containers was.

Young ladies running the line and register need to have better customer service. No smiles, no hi what can I get you, no have a good night or have a good evening. It sucks. Foods normally good/ okay, wish they had the vinegerette wasn’t able to get that.

I visited this Chipotle last night around 7:40 p.m., and it took about 40 minutes just to get through the line. Several customers actually left the restaurant after waiting 20–25 minutes, which says a lot about how long the wait was.
One of the employees on the line was very friendly, kind, and pleasant, which I truly appreciated during a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case with another employee on the line named Naomi. She was extremely rude, and her demeanor made it very clear that she was unhappy to be at work and servicing customers.
Naomi repeatedly told guests that they were “running out of food,” which was surprising considering it was only 7:40 p.m. The posted hours on the door state that the restaurant now closes at 10:00pm (I believe)What made this even more frustrating was that she did go to retrieve food from the back for some customers, making it feel like it was up to her discretion whether food was actually available or not.
I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years and live in the area, so this experience was especially disappointing—not just for me, but for the many other guests who were clearly frustrated as well. If Chipotle has extended their hours, customers should not be repeatedly told that food is unavailable so early in the evening. It was unacceptable and disheartening, and I hope management addresses both staffing and customer service concerns moving forward.

Whoever was working the front on 01/07/2026 at about 10 pm needs to be fired ( two girls).absolutely rude, horrible attitudes like someone is forcing them to work here. find another job if you are that miserable. i asked for a cup for ice when i was paying and realized it was not in my bag so i returned to the register and waited so i would not interrupt the transactions of other customers….i waited and i waited. finally she says rudely “do you need something else” i said can i please just get the cup for ice i had asked for. so i get my ice and im leaving when she begins to loudly talk about me to coworkers and other customers while im not even out of the door yet, if she’d caught me on a worse day i would’ve done things im not proud of. but seriously customer service has not existed here for a few years now.

Literally the WORST Chipotle I’ve ever been to! There is Always food on the counter. They slide each burrito through it and then attempt to wipe it off. I’ve given this place 3 tries, each several months apart hoping that it would get better but it never does!! Food from other bins and containers is constantly being dropped into the other containers. Tonight a woman ordered everything vegetarian and when they scooped the beans for her she pointed out several pieces of chicken that had fallen into the mix.
One star is far too generous!! They also have no clue how to fold the burrito and tonight i found a bone in my food. Never, ever going back!

The young folks working there are always joking around and not paying attention to the customer’s request. The counters are always dirty. The young man cooking the chicken was using profanity while holding a conversation with his co workers about drinking alcohol. The entire time the chicken is burning on the grill. I went for the bogo deal. I had to tell the cashier 3 times that it was the bogo deal after 4. Get home to find out the chicken was burnt on the burrito. She didn’t put any chicken in my bowl at all as I requested. I will have to spend my money at Qdoba for better service.

I was in this store tonight and was never treated with the disgust, disrespect and awful service at any food establishment ever!! Get this…by the manager…or so she said! There was food all over the food serving area and also in the toppings. When I asked for sour cream…looking for a squeeze bottle because the sour creme container had droppings of tomato, corn and guacamole and who knows what else or for how long…before I knew it she had scooped it up and added to my bowl! When I asked her to remove it she stated ” you have all the toppings already on your bowl. WHAT!! SHE REFUSED TO REMOVE IT! I had asked for two guacamole on the side and she filled the containers with it running all out of the container…I asked her to wipe them off and she did with her fingers! I told her that was unacceptable and requested two more,once again she refused and told me I had to leave the store! I left the food and I will never go there ever again except to speak with another manager on behalf of this situation! This store is not recommended!

I was hoping that unlike the Chipotle’s at home, the guacamole was actually blended, like you see on TV. I was wrong. It was just huge avocado pieces. Other than that, you can expect quick, good service. The food is fresh. I was a little frustrated when my son’s order was completed and then two other online orders were filled before they checked to see if I was with him, but that was probably just an issue with staff coordination. They seemed like they were trying.

There was nothing right about my order:
I asked for a salad and got a bowl.
I asked for carne asada and hot chicken
I asked for fajita vegetables and didn’t get any.
Asked for black beans and got pinto beans.
I checked my bag before I left but didn’t check my bowl. They forgot the chips, guacamole, sour cream, the dressing and the red chimichurri. I ordered my food for work so I couldn’t go back and get the correct order. Every time I try to give this Chipotle a chance, I’m thoroughly disappointed.
