I’ve been eating here for almost a decade! The food is incredible, and I love supporting a family establishment. This is my go-to comfort food. It is consistent. The place is cozy and feels like being in someone’s home. The hospitality comes through the food more than the service which I am okay with. I highly recommend eating here, and their carry out service is great, too! Get the lamb curry, garlic naan, both are to die for!

Too spicy. I called in my order. I asked for “zero” spice, but they don’t have that option, and didn’t warn me. They made my veggie and chicken fried rice “mild”, but both were too spicy. Very disappointing, and expensive. $42 including tax and tip. Smelled great though!

Everest On Grand will always have a special place in my heart. 16 years ago, when I was in mild labor with our oldest son, my husband and I ordered food from this restaurant.

Tomorrow Leo turns 16 years old. So on the eve of his birthday, out of nostalgia, we ordered the exact same dishes we ate before he was born.

Chicken Curry (Kukhura-ko Maasu), Goat Curry (Khasiko Maasu), Tomato Achaar and Potato Achaar.

It’s so lovely that this wonderful family-owned restaurant still exists, and we can share the exact same delicious dishes with Leo and his two other siblings.

We always eat here and it’s one of our favorite places in the twin cities. It has the best food, the service is really great, and we have honestly not found better in this genre of food in over a decade. Eat here, bring your family, and come hungry. Fantastic place

My wife and I went here many years ago and had a fantastic meal. We always thought we would go back, but never did…until recently and wow, what did we miss…Great Food! We went for dinner last month and lunch today. I ordered the veggie momos, veggie curry and roti. My wife ordered the chicken curry. Spice level perfect and I ordered it hot. So good! Our meal came steaming from the kitchen, prepared perfectly, and simply real home cooking. This is a gem of a restaurant waiting for more people to discover. They have been around for a long time and their food does not disappoint. I am going back in a few weeks with a friend. Highly recommended.

Classic Nepalese/Indian decor; the samosas are huge, vegetarian & vegan entrees. Highly recommend their naan bread. Everything made in house and you can taste the freshness. Will be back. Perfect portions for two people to share.

Amazing food all around. My friends, husband, and I went here and got a few things to share as well as our own curries. We ordered 7 dishes altogether and every single one of them was a hit, which means you probably could hit the menu with a dart and still be happy with whatever it lands on. There are ample options for those with dietary restrictions as well.

My favorite bites were the yak momos and lamb curry, and I’m known for sometimes being a picky eater. I got the chicken spinach curry and it had a very cozy and warm flavor to it. My friend ordered the daal soup and that was also very good for the soul.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet. This is the perfect spot for days when you’re feeling low-energy and need some food that nurtures you, especially when the weather is cloudy and cool.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning.

This food is made with love for sure – you can taste it! My husband and I had gone here years ago when we were dating and recently we wondered if it was still around…it is!! We’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 months and love it! The Veg Momo’s are amazing and obviously handmade. The Chicken Tikka Masala comes with big chunks of tender chicken marinated in an amazing sauce. The Jogi Tarkari cooked to perfection as well with big chunks of vegetables. The Roti, Naan..also delish! The menu is extensive so many options and choices for us as we will be making this our go-to comfort food stop in our dining rotation going forward!

Absolutely fantastically delicious food. And isn’t that 99% of why you go out to eat? Plus very polite and nice and yes even sweet staff. Atmosphere is in need of some new paint maybe or how about a native plant or two. Something, please.

Very disappointed in the service especially when paying the bill. Mixed up bills and paid for a different larger table first. Then when we went to get it changed made it difficult and then told us a lie about having to pay a certain tip amount because of # of people but would not show in writing. I would have given higher review if this had not happened because the food was ok. Very cold and dark dirty atmosphere.
