This is my first time visiting this location since we moved here. The staff were all super friendly and seemed to work really well together. They had great communication about what to prepare since the drive thru and I took the majority of the chicken fingers. They were polite and courteous to each other. Food was great as usual for Jack’s.

Ordered online pickup for 11pm had to wait 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch just for the food to be wrong. What’s the point of having an option in the app to order for future pickup if you still have to wait for it when you get there, then your receipt is wrong for the food you ordered. I ordered the food 20 minutes in advance for reference. Better off to just go to the drive through I guess.

I’m not one to leave reviews quite honestly but I’m SO MAD. This place is a joke these days. In the last 5 years everytime I decide to give them another chance I’m just disappointed all over again. It’s always the orders wrong, wait in line for 30+ mins, or today for instance placed a mobile order at 10:17am arrived at jacks a little after 11 (you’ll have that wrangling a 3 year old to go get his pancakes in the 17 degree weather!!) My husband told them he had a pick up they continued to tell him they never had an order come through in his name…. The money came out of our bank account, he received email and text confirmation, and he read the address from his confirmation to them and they confirmed that was the right store. He told them to forget it and give him a refund. Just super frustrating driving all the way there and being told the order never came through with so many confirmations that it did on our end. Today was our final straw and we won’t be back.

The two shakes we ordered yesterday was both so runny like water with the mess all outside of the cup. They got upset we wanted our shakes remade but who wants a shake runny like water they are suppose to be thick. My dads fries over cooked to much salt mine no salt still white under cooked. The food was absolutely disgusting. They should never ever push food like that out. My dad has cancer and very sick so when he wants to eat out he loves jakes and the food and service yesterday was absolutely disgusting…..

After the remodel this place has went down. They rip people off by selling something that the customer doesn’t receive. When a person placed an order, they should receive it exactly as advertised. I will NOT return due to the inconsiderate decisions this restaurant uses to save money by ripping off customers. When I order a shake, I want the whole thing and nothing less. When I order chicken tenders, I want chicken fingers not tiny strips of chicken.

After waiting at the speaker to order, then I had to pull around and wait some more. To then get to the window to still wait. No cars in the parking lot except 3 and I am believing they belonged to employees. Because while I was waiting in the drive thru an employee came out, took an order for something from the other employer in the drive thru window, got in the car, left, only to come back several minutes later with several can beverages in his hand. And yes I was in line this entire time. When I made it to the window…. It was pure filth inside. I have had so many issues at this Jack’s, I love the food but I think I am going to go to another Jack’s when I am out of town. I door dash part time and I refuse to take an order at Jack’s, it’s never done on time and I always have to inform the crew at least 3 times that I am there to get the order, to which it is then started cooking.
