Sushi was super fresh and plentiful. Love that they have pictures of the various special rolls as most of the places by me don’t.

The miso soup was piping hot and delicious.

Will definitely say that my eyes were bigger than my stomach as the rolls were larger that other sushi restaurants we frequent.

Sushi was delicious as were the vegetable spring rolls. I do wish they had more of a mocktail selection but it was still a large menu of items to choose from. We also had the appetizers of crab Rangoon, edamame, vegetable spring rolls, and miso soup. The salad was delicious with the ginger dressing as were the chicken skewers.

To celebrate my brother’s birthday, we chose Soho Sushi for a special weekend dinner. We felt lucky to snag a reservation, as it’s a popular spot for sushi lovers. One added convenience was the complimentary valet service, which allowed us to relax and head straight into the restaurant without any hassle over parking.

As we entered, the restaurant was buzzing with people enjoying their sushi dinners, creating a lively and inviting atmosphere. We were warmly greeted at the front desk before being shown to our table, where our server for the evening, Kirk, introduced himself. Kirk was outstanding; he was both personable and knowledgeable, demonstrating confidence and expertise with the menu. He made us feel well taken care of and added to the overall enjoyment of our evening.

We kicked off our celebration with a round of drinks, opting for Red Wine and sodas to get things started. For appetizers, we ordered the Chicken Katsu, Shrimp Tempura, and Chicken Sliders. Each appetizer arrived freshly prepared and did not disappoint. The Chicken Katsu was perfectly breaded and delicious–a great start to our meal. The Shrimp Tempura was light and crispy, complemented by a mix of perfectly cooked vegetables, which added a nice variety. The Chicken Sliders were juicy and flavorful, an ideal comfort food addition to our lineup of appetizers.

For our main course, we ordered a selection of sushi rolls, including the Mexican Roll, Japanese Bagel Roll, Volcano Roll, and Snake Eye Salmon Roll. When the rolls arrived, they were beautifully plated, showing attention to detail in presentation as well as flavor. Of all the rolls, the Mexican Roll and Volcano Roll stood out as our absolute favorites. They were packed with flavor and had a perfect balance of textures that made each bite delicious.

Our dinner at Soho Sushi was a wonderful experience, filled with great food and warm service. The delicious rolls and memorable appetizers made the night special, and the ambiance added to the celebration. For anyone looking for a sushi spot with top-notch service and quality dishes, Soho Sushi is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be back for more!

We’re regular customers at SoHo Sushi, however recently we’ve noticed that quality has gone down. We picked up a few rolls on Friday night, and noticed the avocado was super mushy and brown, most rolls lacked of flavor and sliders were cold and undercooked. We definitely won’t be returning.

Food is always amazing.. so is the atmosphere and service but I just needed to mention that Brayden is 10/10 a GEM to this restaurant. I just had a baby a few months back and this was one of our first date nights since. I am suffering from high blood pressure so I have to do my best to watch what I eat. When I asked Brayden about the salt content on the sushi, he mentioned that he thinks the vinegar they use is higher in sodium but would let me know. When he came back he told me he doesn’t recommend that I eat it, but that he would ask if they can make me my own batch of rice without the vinegar to accommodate me. I have worked in restaurants for years before, and let me just say, most waiters would just state “ probably not a good idea to eat it “ and move along.. but he went above and beyond knowing I enjoy the sushi there, and wanted me to still enjoy my experience without cutting something out. So attentive, so kind, and humble. I would absolutely recommend here and having him serve you. My future visits with my husband? We will be asking for him specifically!

Best Sushi in Tampa Bay area, this place is Amazing. It is always crowded but the service is amazing, our food got served really fast despite of the many customers. Drinks are expensive but considering the quality of the sushi here the prices are okay. Red devil and volcano recommended. Really looking forward to have dinner at this place again. Valet is free

I’m honestly surprised at the good reviews. I’ve gotten takeout twice and both times the food was subpar. Sushi rice was undercooked, eel sauce is weirdly thick, and miso soup has an odd taste. Fish is fresh but overall, I wouldn’t get again.
