We were seated immediately upon arrival, which was great. The hostess who seated us seemed a bit cold and didn’t say much, but that was the only downside of the visit. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, which made for a relaxing dining experience. The food was excellent — everything tasted fresh, and the miso soup was the best I’ve had compared to other sushi restaurants I’ve visited. Our server was attentive and timed their check-ins perfectly. Overall, a really good dining experience, and I’ll definitely be returning! 🙂

Stopped by Akame Sushi on a Monday for their $20.99 all-you-can-eat lunch — totally worth it!
The salmon was fresh, eel was thick and flavorful, and the shrimp tempura was perfectly crispy. We also loved the seafood udon and surprisingly tasty chicken wings.
Service was friendly, though food came out a bit slow at times. Tip: order edamame to snack on in between.
Clean space, great quality, and generous portions. Definitely coming back!

Sushi wasnt high quality but it was edible. Ordered spicy tuna roll, tempura roll, Sakura roll, and chicken wings. The rolls were okay. If you want to eat gas station sushi this is the place for you. I’ve had better sushi from stands at grocery stores. The chicken wings tastes off possible freezer burn. I wouldnt go back but Id definitely recommend to people who are into this type of quality. Just wasnt for me.

Normally I love my experiences at akame. I’ve come many times over the years and the staff have never failed to make me welcome. However, my most recent visit there has left me with a bad taste in my mouth, literally.
My partner and I always get the AYCE, because it’s the most cost effective option, and this time was no different. We always order sashimi first, usually between 20-40 pieces. This time, as it arrived and we started eating, it was as normal. Delicious, no problems. I’m on my 5th or 6th piece, and as I’m chewing, the texture is completely off. And then the flavor hit. I started gagging, and almost upchucked right there.
It was by far the worst taste I had ever had in my mouth, and it honestly ruined the meal. I was queasy and grossed out, and was definitely not able to eat my moneys worth, or even close to the amount of food we normally get.
I’d still recommend going to Akame, I would just recommend avoiding the sashimi.

Me and my bestfriend came here 2 time only. our first time we had this young asian girl she was really sweet and patient with us service was amazing from her. Our second on saturday right before lunch ends, time we had this old lady with glasses as our waitress, she walked past our table and went to a white couple who came after us and ignored us. She finally came to us after 10 mins and took our order. As we ordered she continued being disrespectful and cut us off with rude comments such as asking if we were going to finish bc we ordered “ a lot “. The host clearly told us that we had a limited time to order because lunch was ending so we decided to order as soon as possible. i felt very uncomfortable after this interaction with this waitress.

First time and not very impressed. Came by myself and took awhile to be seated. I did the AYCE for lunch on New Years. Selection was good, taste was good, not really worth the price though $33 plus tax. They charged the dinner price for the holiday, not upset about that but the lack of service was astonishing. I finished my first for 4 pieces in about 10 minutes then waited another 10-15 minutes for my server to come back. At this point i’ve been seated for 45 minutes and only been checked on once. They drop the food and run off before i can even ask for a refill of my drink or a side of sauce. If it was busy id understand but only a handful of tables had people. Not sure if ill come back

Reasonably priced all-you-can-eat buffet! The menu features sashimi, hand rolls, fried dishes, various noodles and various other dish.

We like to order 3-4 times during our meal. Sashimi is our favorite and we order around 20 pieces at a time. Our favorite roll is the spider roll with the soft crab.
We get a reservation when we have 6 or more. With a smaller group we have had to wait for 10-30 minutes, nothing unreasonable.

I have ordered several times from this restaurant, and tried their sushi, hibachi, gyoza, and ramen. Overall, the sushi and gyoza was excellent. High quality and very well prepared – I will continue to order these items. I recently tried the beef ramen, and I would not recommend this dish at all. The broth left a lot to be desired and had little flavor. The vegetables were overcooked and mushy, and the beef was dry and tasteless. Truthfully one of the worst ramen dishes I have ever had. This was the main reason I cannot rate this restaurant as 5 star. All my orders have been to-go so I cannot comment on the service or atmosphere.
