If it’s a chocolate frosty you’re after, this place will disappoint you, every single time. Their chocolate machine has been down for literally months now. Not to mention, most of the staff I’ve encountered is pretty rude. You’re better off going to a completely different Wendy’s.

Today the hamburger was great but the fries was under cooked and cold. They used to have the best tea in town but they must have changed brands because today it is horrible and very weak. Do better Wendy’s. Pitiful today.

Normally I don’t give one stars, but considering I’ve had something go wrong consistently every time I’m there whether it was them running out of most product and not closing down the store or me getting food poisoning, I have to share my experience.
My most recent experience is getting food poisoning that has me sitting on my throne consistently for days, calling out of work and trying to recover. I don’t know if it’s me arriving at the worst possible time or what, but I’ve had consistently worse experiences with Wendy’s.
At least the food tastes good though.

I want to praise the workers at Wendy’s on S Zero St in Fort Smith AR. Some how on door dash I had everything removed when I didn’t want that to happen I wanted to add stuff on to it. So now I am up at Wendy’s after calling them they told me this stuff happens so often so I can come up & have it replace just like I wanted it. These guys have been so sweet to me about it.
Michelle & Ashley the managers were so understanding & so sweet an nice to me. They even made it up to me they didn’t have to do what they did.

Always awesome going to Wendy’s. Might be a bit biast because it’s my favorite fast food place but the frosty machine was down and I had placed a mobile order so they at first said it would be a few minutes so I waited and then when they brought the frosty it was really liquidity and she apologized and I took one drink and yeah it wasn’t great so I parked and went in and was just going to buy a cinnabon instead but when I told them that it didn’t taste very good they gave me the cinnabon for free to make up for it. I didn’t even ask for it for free I just wanted something sweet and I understand that they need to clean the machine. I would rather them clean it too much rather than too little but I thought that was really sweet that they wanted to make up for it.
