They gave us free crazy bread for waiting a while on our pizzas. 🙂 It wasn’t necessary or expected because they did let me know before purchasing that it would be a 10-15 min wait but I thought it was really nice! Thanks

If I could give this horrible establishment zero stars I would. Rude customer service, they screw up your orders and make it seem like it’s your fault. Then you call them back just to be screamed at by the girl on the phone. Quite the attitude. Then you go in to get the right pizza to just be talked about in Spanish. Then when asked for the main managers name they refuse to give it to you. Stay away from this location.

Made an order online thru the app and they accidentally a wrong item. I did voice my concern I should’ve checked before I left I usually do but I’m a busy Mom with kids and just trying get home to do dinner. I got a call from the manager the next week wanting to remake the order for free. Which I was totally surprised, and they did awesome and very apologetic. I have come to this Little Caesars a couple of times and gotten quick service. When I walked in, I had about a 10 minute wait. Today I ordered ahead and was able to easily pick up my order from the warmer. The restaurant is set up like all other Little Caesars, made for pick up only. Nothing fancy. My food has been hot and the quality is good. Easy, quick, and relatively affordable meal.

Employees are rude every time I have been there. No apology given for items they forgot to give you, and you’re treated like a beggar for asking for the forgotten items. The girl went from the register handling cash straight to the food without washing her hands or using any gloves. Even though I didn’t want to he food after she had handled it I stuck my hand out to grab it and she dropped it on the counter next to the register and walked off. I said thank you and she turned around and glared at me like I had called her a name or said something rude. She didn’t say a word, nod her head, flip the bird or anything.

I go there for our bi-weekly pizza. My grandkids and I love Little Ceasars for being delicious AND an affordable take-out option. I’ve never have had an issue with their customer service or quality of the pizza. So it’ll continue to be our choice of takeout.

So, I have been to this little ceasers multiple times and have never had too much of an issue tell today. Ordered the Italian cheese bread, and it had some color on the bottom that wasn’t spices. MOLD!
How could they not check their food and quality. Needless to say, I think a report to the health department is in order.
STAY AWAY or check the food before you take it.
