Stopped in for breakfast at 10:45am. Waited for 25 minutes for the food. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit but received an egg biscuit. We were told we screwed up the order when the receipt clearly stated that my order was correct. The staff were rude and would not fix the order. Evan got loud and told me I needed to lose weight. No manager did a thing. I was told the gm was on vacation and they could do nothing. Worst service in 53 years of coming here. Stay away!

Not usually one to post reviews, but I get the same thing every time I go here and it is wrong at least 50% of the time. Picture of the tag showing ONLY pickle, ONLY ketchup, and ONLY cheese; yet again the burger has mustard on it, and does not have cheese.

The manager was amazing. I had an issue usthe kicks it didn’t print my receipt and we couldn’t find the order in the system but I couldn’t reuse my coupon from the app. Without the coupon I wouldn’t have had enough money to pay for my order. That was no problem for this manager he was an absolute gentleman and so kind. He helped me out and we got my food ordered and purchased. I could not have been more grateful and appreciative of his kindness. He made this mom of threes day in a way I don’t think he even understood or knew he was. Just that 1 simple act of kindness made sure my little all could eat lunch on the way gone from our doctors appointment.

Ordered on the app on 2/6 at around 1:00 P.M. when I got to the speaker, they couldn’t find my order and I realized I ordered it at the wrong store (not their fault, no blame there). I asked if it could be switched over to their store, and the answer was no (also not their fault). Where I have the problem is that the person talking to me over the speaker basically rushed me off. Didn’t ask if I wanted to order at their store and cancel my order on the app or anything. Just basically said goodbye. So I took a hint and defected the line and left. I went next door to Taco Bell and got food. It’s obvious that people have this location. Don’t care about any kind of customer service. I would try a different location.

Unbelievably slow. Ordered a mcrispy 4 piece meal. Tenders burned fries are old cold and zero salt on fries. To top it off the coke isn’t right either. Zero effort or customer service here. Every visit is the same, won’t be a next time

Very disappointed in the service and food when I went in this evening. We ordered normal then when we went to pay the guy didn’t say a single word when trying to interact with him and say thank you. One we were at the window for food we waited 15 minutes for our food. Once we received our food we noticed they forgot an item and so I sent in my partner. They then took an additional 15 minutes literally to just make the fry they forgot. I understand food services can be difficult and busy but given the circumstances this was not a great look as they told him they would have to wait. While waiting 7 Drive through orders were done and numerous in house and doordash orders were complete.

The gentleman taking my money was the rudest person I have ever encountered! I was waiting in the drive-through because I didn’t think he had completed my order information and he came back on the line and said, you’re going to have to come to the window and pay. It’s not like I’m going to come back to your car to get your money. At that point, I thought he was maybe joking. I explained I didn’t know if he had my order completed and was waiting for him to give me a total. He said the system doesn’t always work that way and eventually I was going to have to pay him at the window. I was so surprised I could hardly respond. I did tell him he was being rude, to which he replied, maybe you should pray on it, and slammed his window shut. I went to the pick up window and asked for a manager., I told her he had been extremely rude and condescending, and she said I don’t know what’s going on with him, but we’ve been very busy. I said there was no one in front of me or behind me and she said, we’ll we had been busy earlier in the day. I told her I no longer wanted the order, she gave me a refund, asked me if I wanted my food and I said I didn’t pay for it so I didn’t want the food. She said have a good day, turned around and walked away. This location is convenient for me but I’ll definitely go out of my way to avoid it! The first interchange never should have happened, but as a manager, she should not have explained the rudeness away by saying they were busy earlier in the day.

Traumatic experience at this location. I waited so long for a Diet Coke and a small fry, I paid at the kiosk and just ended up leaving. $-4.75 not worth waiting any longer to watch the rude front cashier yelling at people.
