I enjoy coming to Starbucks. The scent and taste of their drinks are always on point. This is the only Starbucks Store in Jackson and its a popular spot. Recommendation to order ahead on the app. They are busy but always welcome you when you come in.

This Starbucks in Jackson is unbelievably slow. It shouldn’t take this long just to get a coffee. The line barely moves and the wait times are ridiculous, even when it doesn’t look that busy. If you’re in any kind of hurry, don’t stop here because you’ll be stuck waiting far longer than you should for a simple order. They seriously need to work on their speed and organization.

We have mobile ordered multiple times at this location, the drinks have always been good. Low rating due to excessively slow service and long wait times. Ex. Mobile order estimates 15-20 min, order not complete for 40 min. It does not seem to matter what day/time we order, if we mobile order or go through the drive through, we experience the same issues.

If I could give minus stars I would. Went in there at 7:15 pm on 12/6 there were about four girls working one was making herself a drink for herself and said she was on break. Anyhow not one person even acknowledged we were in the lobby . Had a huge order for our Christmas party . Waited 15 minutes and not one person said one thing. Anyhow we left and went elsewhere. Very disturbing behavior. I personally would clean up and get rid of every single person working at the time I posted . What a shame . I guess the owner is doing to well since he passed on a $300 dollar order . Glad the little girl who ignored everyone as well who said I’m on break drinking her drink and not a care in the world people were in lobby and not said a single word too. From looking at there reviews guess I’m not the only one who thinks that crew is a joke.

I’m not sure what’s been going on but it seems every month the store gets worse. Something is always broken, whether it’s an espresso machine, the order screen, out of stock of items. The wait times get longer and morale seems really low. I went to pick up a mobile order at the drive through and watched as the window opened multiple times and staff ignored me as they stood there and did their task. Their window was open, my window was open, I was staring right at the four of them as they chatted with each other and went back and forth to the window, opening and closing it, they could have at least said, someone will be right with you, but nope, just open window and avoiding looking at me. After 8 mins of just sitting there and staring, I finally tried to politely ask for my mobile order that I could see waiting on the counter. They ignored me, even the customers inside could hear me and tried to flag a staff member for me, still no acknowledgement to any of us. I finally was able to get a staff member to acknowledge me but by then my coffee was lukewarm, my kiddo was restless, and I was frustrated.

Went in on a Saturday around noon to place a walk-in take-out order. There were lots of drinks sitting on the counter and several people standing around. At first I assumed they were waiting to order, but soon realized they had already ordered and were just waiting… it felt very disorganized.
Ordering itself was fast, friendly, and efficient, but after that it went downhill. We waited almost 40 minutes for our coffee and watched multiple drinks get poured out during that time. I understand weekends get busy and they’re juggling walk-ins and online orders, but there really needs to be a better system. Clear pickup areas for online orders vs in-person orders would help a lot. It’s a popular spot, but I never expected a 40-minute wait for a coffee.

I’m there often, and it’s almost always a long wait, but I get that part. But nothing worse than waiting in line for 35 minutes, getting the wrong drink and then the shift manager acting like you’re getting on their nerves when you call about it. Maybe some customer service training would be helpful because I ordered tea and got a coffee drink, after a 35 minute wait, I was just as irritated as Brenda acted on the phone.

The ladies working this morning absolutely made my day! Super friendly, quick with the drinks, and just had that positive, “weekend energy” vibe going. Everything tasted great and the service was spot-on. Perfect way to start a happy, fun Saturday — appreciate the smiles and great atmosphere.
